In the account setup section you'll find the link to request one. Some features require the Shopify CarrierService API.

Seit Oktober 2024 nutzen wir diese App problemlos. Gestern traten zum ersten mal Veränderungen auf und ich bat per Email um Hilfe. Trotz Sonntag wurde mir inerhalb von 10 Minuten geantwortet, und ich konnte das Problem dank der hervorragenden Unterstützung des Supprts selbst lösen. Im Prinzip recht zufrieden, eine wirkliche Erleichterung würde es darstellen, wenn man Bestellungen auch im Bulk auf der "Create Label" Seite ausführen kann, so wie es auch möglich ist, wenn man einzelne Marken druckt. Die Dokumentation für das Ausführen von Bulk-Orders ist veraltet, da man mittlerweile nicht mehr die Möglichkeit hat, die Versandbenachrichtigung in Shopify zu deaktivieren und man somit zwei E-Mail versenden würde.

Die App läuft absolut reibungslos. DON'T USE DHL! A package to a customer arrived completely torn up. The packaging was new and the content was packed according to DHL standards. The value of the content was about 500€ and arrived irreparably broken. After sending full documentation DHL has repeatedly in unprofessional ways denied damage compensation. The contact we had with DHL was rude with even yelling at us on the phone. We have been on this case for 3 weeks, have to use a lawyer to receive the damage compensation and are now in a court process against DHL. So far it has costed us a lot of time and lawyer costs.

Hervorragender Support - Rückmeldung innerhalb von einer halben Stunde! Wir hatten Probleme bei der Implementierung der App, da wir versehentlich Einstellungen falsch gesetzt hatten.
