Tracy on support was amazing, answered all my questions and sorted a custom bit of code out for me, she went above and beyond, can't recommend her enough.

The app is easy to implement and offers great customer support. Tracy was very diligent in helping me resolve an issue with my store.

I don’t understand how this app got its rating. Since day one of using it, I’ve run into all kinds of bugs, and it has already cost me **hundreds of dollars**. Even now, the bugs are still happening. There’s one issue that has been “in progress” for **at least four days** and still hasn’t been fixed. Their support is a complete waste of time. If you’re thinking about trying this app, my advice is: **don’t waste your time.**

I have only just installed this app, but contacted customer support with a couple of questions/set up issues. They answered and fixed straight away, I have managed to set up one product and test it so far and it has taken 30 mins from purchasing the app.

This app provides an impressive amount of flexibility once you learn how to use it. The support team is responsive (thank you Mari!) and will help walk you through some of the more complicated bits. There is room for improvement and I hope they keep developing this because its the best we've used so far.

Works great! Does exactly what I was looking for, is easy to setup and adjust. Customer support has been very helpful as well (and quick to respond!)

Great app, has alot of functionality. Only thing missing are some condition / logic setups for dimensions that they told me they would work on.

Easify has been a great addition to my Shopify store. I needed to set up different product options that Shopify couldn’t handle on its own, and Easify made this easy and straightforward. Very well designed functionality for customizing options & variants. The interface is very easy to use and can get as simple or complex as my needs are. What really puts this app on top is the support! I had some tricky use cases involving multiple product customization options during onboarding that Mari did a fantastic job with providing solutions for & helped set up, all while following up extremely quickly.

I wouldn't normally leave a review, but honestly, Hannie, Anne and Charles really did go above and beyond. They were so responsive in resolving an issue for me. Product is great, easy to set up, and really fully featured.

Hannie was a great help. I have to say, every time I have needed help it has been so fast and they really take the time to try to find a solution. The app is not live yet, I am still setting it up, but I am very excited about the possibilities.

They have been very, very helpful as I have set up options. They also very quickly got something added that I wanted to see. Mari especially has been great and very responsive!!

Fantastic app. I started with the free tier, and in 2 minutes had the custom fields I needed on two of my product pages, for customers to personalise their order. Seamless, and just works. I am now working on adding the fields to the packing slip, and Alice was amazing - fast and knowledgeable.

Perfect for my requirements & support is super helpful. Alice assisted with placement of options and was patient, professional and knowledgeable.
