i m facing problem adding product customised section on my product page one of their rep named clove helped me she is so good at it

It is a good and well functioning configurator that allows you to handle complicated configurations and calculations easy and seemless to Shopify. Excellent chat support - especially Clove helped me fast and competent

Liv helped me when I got stuck with adding the app onto my store product. She answered my chat request almost immediately, then after requesting to collaborate on my store she done all the hard work for me and got it all up and running in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend contacting the chat option for this app if you get stuck.

Simple and useful app! I ran into a small hiccup that I chatted with support for and they helped me get it fixed quickly and easily.

Does not work for basic color switch scenario. Support unable to help and just provide links to demo tutorial which are useless.

Bisher alles prima, es klappt wie es oll, und bei Problemen, die mit einer anderen App aufgetaucht wird, haben sich die Entwickler der Sache angenommen und alles klappt jetzt zusammen. Empfehlung! So far everything works perfectly, exactly as it should. When an issue came up caused by another app, the developers immediately took care of it, and now everything runs smoothly together. A game-changer of an app for my Shopify store. It allows me to easily upsell products to keep stock and pricing simple for groups of products. There are so many customisation options, the app is super easy to use and the support team are excellent. Thank you to Hannie for addressing a change I needed making to my store using the Easify app. If you have a store with products that can be customised or purchased with extra products, this is a must-have!

Must have product for small businesses. The product amazing is amazing and the customer service is next level. Recently I had an issue that prevented the buy now button from showing. Liv my customer service rep was able to help me within a matter of minutes. She went above and beyond to make sure my website looked great and that all the functions worked. Thank you Liv!!!!

Great back end and functionality but app does not support displaying two different option sets for the same product at the same time. IE creating one customized unique product, and then creating another unique customised product as a separate instance. Mine is a little more of a specialty requirement. Devs: If the ability of adding customized products as unique products in the cart becomes available, please contact me.

Clove and Charles have been very helpful in trying to get our store setup - not up and taking orders yet but happy to give 5 stars.

Ran into an issue with the checkout button working on my website while this app was turned on. I contacted customer support and they fixed it immediately. Super helpful!
