The customer support is always available… The customer support is available almost any time to answer questions about shipping, orders, etc. Till now (couple weeks ) I test my store and the whole DSers service, so I don't have test it in a really serious problem. I will come back!

The staff is very supportive, and Villanelle has been excellent in helping me identify and clearly answer all of my questions. However, the integration with Tmall is not yet fully developed, which means dropshippers cannot directly contact Tmall suppliers—something I find a bit inconvenient
