The app itself is still a bit convoluted, not the friendliest UX/UI. However, we've received amazing support from Jose Rodriguez. He has spent a lot of time with us in product creating and has gone above and beyond in suggesting us a scalable setup.

The entire team was helpful from the very beginning to implementation. They were efficient and communications were timely. It was a little tricky at first creating a template and option set but after some experimentation I got everything up and running.

I've been using Customily for more than a year now in two different stores. It's a solid product and helps us get sales from customers once they have seen a preview of what their personalisation will look like on the product, These customers otherwise wouldn't have ordered from us. We've had issues where we needed support from Customily and they were able to resolve these issues for us - my recommendation for Customily team is to add more support members so the resolution is even faster but I think that will happen naturally over time. In my dealings with their support team, I could see they take high level of accountability in their work and thats always reassuring if the app is critical to your business. Thanks Customily.

It's very difficult to use. The instructions and videos only provide a brief overview, but the relationship between each function is not clearly explained, and there's no step-by-step guide.

Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on the platforms.$50 x 11 of which they can confirm it is not functional nor has been used? The company's CEO must have been a car salesman through college.

Customily is THE one tool which is perfect for any merchandiser who wants to provide a seamless personalisation experience. I used a paid Theme (Concept) and the intergation of Customily is automatic and flawless. Also, the Support from Jose is great - you can book 30-45min 1to1 slots to help you out with the setup or any question you may have. I strongly can further recommend!!!

I love this app and the support is great, as well. Can't wait to see the results that making these designs will bring.

This is a fantastic app with tons of customization options, though it does come with a steep learning curve. What really makes the difference is the support team, they’re patient and helpful every step of the way. I especially want to thank Flor (Florencia), who went above and beyond. She instantly solved a mockup issue that other reps had to escalate, and even took extra time after our chat to fix a complex design logic problem and follow up with me by email. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated! I actually tried to leave this note in the chat review, but the page refreshed, so I’m leaving it here instead. I had a great experience working with Jose from Customily. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jose took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The onboarding interview turned into a very informative private lesson in how I can offer product designs, with two choices between 24 options each, culminating in 576 possible cpmbination variations from one set of artwork. A gamechanger! Loving the potential!

Customily is a fantastic tool for customizing products on Shopify. It does take some getting used to at first, but every issue I ran into was easily solved thanks to their countless help videos, tutorials, and the very thorough help section on their website. Once you get the hang of it, the platform really shines and adds a ton of value to your store. Highly recommend!

Cecilia and Flor helped me today and they are both also absolutely amazing to work with! Very familiar with the app inside out and fast to troubleshoot. Celia is good at teaching to how to "fish" besides giving me "fishes". Flor is very organized and provided me with great advice to keep my files in the workflow organized. Together they helped me achieve my goal today.

The support team is truly great to work with, especially Oriana Alves who helped onboard me today by solving all my issues and answered all my questions with patience, kindness and deep knowledge of the app. This is the first time I try this app, and without her and another support staff who helped me solve my account issue, I wouldn't be able to get this far within half a day with this app. So, I'm really grateful for their support and would recommend it to other store owners with need to this custom product app. The app is also the best I've tested so far, and with this support team it stands out.
