I am not tech savvy but the customer service across the board helps me figure out if app is being buggy and resolves issue in real time. It is not often that we experience this level of high quality service in this industry. Totally worth my hard earned money. Try it out but make sure the app interface is working on mobile as well it is on your desktop because that's where the problem is likely to happen.

I just completed the initial setup for Zapiet together with Angelo. We have quite a complex setup with local deliveries, national shipping, and a pickup option. Angelo helped me exceptionally well, and we’re about 90% done with what we wanted. Ran into some issues when first installing and setting up this up (likely caused by us not the software), but between their AI Chat and quick live merchant support specialist, Jayne, we were back up and running quickly. Although could use some improvements with bulk edits and changes, Zapeit P&D has a ton of features and excited to get setup completed and start using it on our new site.

This app is so essential to my business and it fulfils its purpose to the max. The customer service is AMAZING whenever we have a quick question or a tech issue, Betty and the team are straight on it, willing to help and always able to resolve our queries. The Zapiet app is excellent — very user-friendly and powerful. While there are still a few small issues that can be improved, today I faced some technical challenges and the support I received was outstanding. I had the pleasure of being helped by Sandy, who was incredibly kind, proactive, and genuinely attentive.
