Great support, Sri made a custom plan with a feature that was missing, although i don't know how i feel about functions of a paused plan changing.

This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Rates by Distance app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly. After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support, and they were so incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there!
