Update: Not only has this app been incredible since the beginning but Stephane went above and beyond to help with a necessary adjustment that I needed in order for my deliveries to run smooth. First off, this is an incredible app with fantastic support. The AI agent, Zack, is impressively well-trained and was able to handle most of my questions with ease. When I needed to speak to a human, I booked a call and got connected with Jayne. She was absolutely lovely and took the time to help me with everything I needed. Great experience all around!

Betty is patient, understanding and very detailed in going through the issues I was facing. She is always responsive and provides me straight to the point solutions to tackle my problem. I have not met such responsible and good service support team like her.

I would give this zero stars if I could. We installed the app, and it broke our store. Customers could no longer checkout. The standard shopify button was just dead. They blamed Shopify. Their app leaves code even after you deinstall it. This resulted in finger pointing between the app and Shopify. Meanwhile we are losing business by the minute. I would give this app minus stars if that option were available.

Betty, was amazing. She was patient with us and has been providing very helpful support. She is quick to respond and get on a call when needed. What stood out for us was that she had scenario demos and would create a developer store just to test the solutions before she shared them with us. I am not tech savvy but the customer service across the board helps me figure out if app is being buggy and resolves issue in real time. It is not often that we experience this level of high quality service in this industry. Totally worth my hard earned money. Try it out but make sure the app interface is working on mobile as well it is on your desktop because that's where the problem is likely to happen.

I just completed the initial setup for Zapiet together with Angelo. We have quite a complex setup with local deliveries, national shipping, and a pickup option. Angelo helped me exceptionally well, and we’re about 90% done with what we wanted. Zapiet is a cool app which im trying out to use in my coffee roastery webshop, with the help of Stephan it went a lot easier and faster!
