Jessica from support is incredible, she helped me fix a number of bugs that I think my dev messed up on installation and got the app working. Its looking great now!

I've tried 3 other pickup apps and this is the best. Pickup is a teeny tiny part of my business (less than 8 a month- sometimes only 1) so I didn't want to pay for something and I didn't want something too complicated. I'm on the free plan and have been for 6 months. Even though I'm on the free plan, the service has been incredible! It's easy to set up, works great, and you have help when you need it. 5 stars! Two other apps I used offered a free plan, but after using them for a few months, they said they could no longer offer a free plan. It felt underhanded since it's still advertised on the Shopify App store as a free forever plan. I think that's just part of their business model.

It was a quick fix once I finally decided to reach out to support. Zapiet solves my small businesses local delivery logistics issues, along with the associated communications. Allows our customers to select both pick up and delivery dates. Compared to other apps, it is easy to set up. I did it fairly quick and got it integrated into my store. The AI support Zach, is quite good. Helped my troubleshoot. Live tech support is available very quickly. I worked with Krystabel who was terrific! Recommend the app.

I was able to connect with somebody right when I was in the middle of a little crisis and Betty was so accommodating and was able to rectify the problem I was having with my rates and distance. I was going around in circles trying to fix a frustrating “No stores available with your item” error at checkout, and Leo jumped in with first-class support from start to finish. He patiently walked me through the issue, identified the conflict with Shopify’s native pickup option, and not only resolved it but also tidied up the flow and wording at checkout — even modifying the theme code to make everything look perfect.
