It’s been a great experience so far. The app is easy to use and does exactly what we need for pickup and shipping. The support team is very friendly and quick to help whenever we have questions. Overall, we’re really happy with the app and would definitely recommend it.

There was a bug in the app and it caused issues with our pickup/delivery options. I was on a live chat with Betty who found the problem and found a solution that works perfectly. Zapiet's support is great!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup. Between Betty & Pavlo, they were both so amazing at helping me figure out the conflicts I had with my store and now it works seamlessly.
