We have used ChatDesk for 2 years and they are simply the BEST. I can pretty much "set it and forget it" when it comes to all of my inbound from social / email / etc. They go above and beyond when answering requests like "my abandoned cart rate is a bit high - do you know why?" and only contact me when it is extremely urgent (they resolve things very quickly, too). They can provide a wealth of data on what your customers are saying about your store - you should definitely use that feature as it will give strong indications on what your business should focus on next.
