Im not sure how this app got its 4.9 Reviews, it is so so so buggy, it has many things that needs fixing, we constantly faced conversations that disappear suddenly, conversations that do not reflect from the first place, failed product integrations for big inventories. Support is there, but its useless, if you have an issue, it goes through an entire investigation, escalation & contact questions & answers. that would be nice, if there were not THAT MANY issues. When i wanted to eventually cancel & remove the integrations, they started begging to offer support, when i insisted to cancel, they flat out started ignoring us, they don't have a cancel option on their dashboards, now i have forced canclled using Shopify & i have to figure out myself how to remove anything related to them from our Backend. Very Bad Experience, Not recommended at all.

We have tried many retention tools in the past, which i believe every D2C brand does till they find the right fit. Bitespeed is doing an excellent job, and i feel our hunt ended here. Happy and Satisfied Honestly, their dashboard has a lot of room for improvement, but their team is doing an extraordinary job, which I feel matters the most. I have been using BiteSpeed for a long time, but i'm not satisfied with their services, its too buggy, right now i have been trying to setup few WhatsApp campaigns, but its not loading, its a blank page. thinking of switching to another app, also faced issues with Business WhatsApp messages.

They help set everything up and are constantly looking for ways to improve revenue and performance. Updating from 1 star to 4 stars - Bitespeed team followed back with me and helped me sort out all the issues. increasing the stars because the team was helpful and the product is actually good. As long as they help their customers in sorting out any issues, i dont mind using Bitespeed. ------------------------------------------------------------- One word. Horrible. Their free plan is useless (that is what I tried to use). Their abandoned cart messages show as delivered but customers do not receive them. The support does not exist. I sent multiple messages on whatsapp and support chat, they have still not responded. Uninstalled.

the support message was clear neither pay or go away. they have 2 dashbords one is in hell and you can only install and watch & the 2nd the support asum that it can do anything. anyway the worst support ever and neither pay 500$ or don't install
