We stopped using Bitespeed within just 15 days due to terrible service and complete lack of communication. We opted for a higher-tier plan that included a dedicated account manager, but despite multiple follow-ups over more than 10 days, no account manager was ever assigned. This was clearly communicated to their team, and even our POC was aware of the issue. After informing them multiple times that we had stopped using the product, we are still receiving invoices every month. On top of that, different people from their team keep calling, and every time we have to explain the same story again—yet no action is taken. There is no ownership, no coordination between teams, and no respect for customers’ time or money. This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences we’ve had. Would strongly advise businesses to think twice before opting for Bitespeed, especially their higher plans.

Hello Team Bitespeed, I own a perfume brand and applied for a demo three times but received no response. I also installed the Shopify app, but no onboarding call was scheduled. I tried calling the support numbers (switched off) and contacted chat support, which redirected me to WhatsApp, but there was still no response. Cannot install or connect without manual intervention or setup. There has no response via Chat or WhatsApp for the onboarding for over a week. I ended installing another App

it's not free, if you want abandoned cart recovery feauture, according to their plan (you will see only after you will login), it's $249 /per month!!

We started a free trial and got charged USD 300 without notification. When trying to contact them via email we got no response and on the whatsapp chat no proper support either. Not happy - not recommended.

Bro these reviews 5 star reviews gotta be cap, making pop up forms and flows " journeys " is so difficult and clunky. On Bitespeed its more complicated then it has to be, Klaviyo is way better and easier, but it just cost a lot more. We're only using bitespeed cause the people we are working with want to switch. When making a pop up you can't just edit the mobile version by itself, you have to go to the desktop version and edit/add the photo there, seems so pointless and dumb having it like that, and when i made a mobile pop on klaviyo it was so much easier. Everything fit and was easy to do for the mobile version, also everything here is so much slower. Plus when you make a list or segment you don't get told how many people are in it while making it, only after you make the segment you can check how many people are on it. When people talk about its features, data tracking and automation its nothing crazy, just like the bare minimum, nothing worth praising over. If you want to really praise something go to klaviyo frfr And again on making journeys, omg its just more complicated than it has to. Plus you dont get as many options or flexibility as you do on klaviyo. You just gotta settle and be like yeah this will work "enough" or like this is close enough. Stuff wont be perfect or you wont be able to make things to your standards. I've had to drop my standards to be able to use their tools. If you really want data tracking and flexibility and something really good to work with and easy to use, use klaviyo. Plus idk even know if they got a/b test here. On klaviyo it was just right there. But yeah here were my thoughts about this.......

Not a good expereince on multiple stages, first they said they will migrate our push subscriber, it was not possible due to technical issues, second they took a way long time then discussed over boarding, third, multiple debits to my card without permission or notification and then nobody eager to solve the issue.

Hi, this is my Feedback after 3 months of using This App. Overall, the Service is pathetic. I recommend other Apps like Convert Way or Interakt over BiteSpeed. As these guys are doing Cheap Work in a High price. NO RESPONSE FROM KAM AND MANAGER NO HELP FROM THE TEAM JUST HIGH PRICE AND LOW RESULTS. I AM A USER OF CONVERTWAY AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SUCH APPS WHICH WILL ASK YOU A LOW PRICE AND WILL GIVE YOU VALUE. BITESpeed has not Even Refunded my remaining amount in the Wallet, which is just a Few Dollars. Pathetic Team and Service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!

I installed the app and it worked initially. However, after reinstalling WhatsApp Business (after being instructed to), I’ve been unable to re-register with my existing number for over 12 hours. I reached out to support but haven’t received any response. This is severely affecting my business as customers are unable to reach us.

Bitespeed’s service has been a complete letdown. They charged us ₹15,000 without any notification or consent, despite an incomplete setup and no service usage. Our queries went unanswered, and their customer support is nonexistent - calls are ignored, and no one takes accountability. Avoid this company if you value transparency and professionalism. We’re still awaiting a refund for services never rendered.

The team is extremely unprofessional and they will tell you something in the beginning while getting you onboard and completely changed their stance after having you onboard. Please stay away from them as far as possible. Please look at better solutions and not working with Bitespeed team.

The app is good! But the SUPPORT is very Poor! We have to take a lot of follow ups! they provide Support but the TAT is really long and we have to take a lot of follow ups! initially there support was promising, but then it kept going down and down!

The support is disgusting. All they care is about the mandates. Once the mandate is signed by the customer, BiteSpeed doesnt give a shit about anything. All they do is giving great demos and then in reality, its just a clown laughing around. They deduct money anytime without anyone's consent. Have raised an immediate compaint with Razorpay to block the settlement.

Im not sure how this app got its 4.9 Reviews, it is so so so buggy, it has many things that needs fixing, we constantly faced conversations that disappear suddenly, conversations that do not reflect from the first place, failed product integrations for big inventories. Support is there, but its useless, if you have an issue, it goes through an entire investigation, escalation & contact questions & answers. that would be nice, if there were not THAT MANY issues. When i wanted to eventually cancel & remove the integrations, they started begging to offer support, when i insisted to cancel, they flat out started ignoring us, they don't have a cancel option on their dashboards, now i have forced canclled using Shopify & i have to figure out myself how to remove anything related to them from our Backend. Very Bad Experience, Not recommended at all.

I have been using BiteSpeed for a long time, but i'm not satisfied with their services, its too buggy, right now i have been trying to setup few WhatsApp campaigns, but its not loading, its a blank page. thinking of switching to another app, also faced issues with Business WhatsApp messages.
