I’ve been using Bitspeed for 4 months, and it has really shown me how much revenue I can generate through this tool. I felt amazing when I saw the results from the campaigns I ran, and the AI-driven journeys have been quite effective in boosting revenue. That said, there is still room for improvement, especially with the mobile application interface, which I found not as user-friendly as it could be. In contrast, the web interface is smooth and easy to work with, allowing me to run multiple campaigns in one place without much hassle. There are definitely a few areas that need more focus, but overall, it’s a solid tool. I feel confident about using it and believe it has strong potential. With continued optimization, I think this tool can help generate even better revenue in the future.

Updating from 1 star to 4 stars - Bitespeed team followed back with me and helped me sort out all the issues. increasing the stars because the team was helpful and the product is actually good. As long as they help their customers in sorting out any issues, i dont mind using Bitespeed. ------------------------------------------------------------- One word. Horrible. Their free plan is useless (that is what I tried to use). Their abandoned cart messages show as delivered but customers do not receive them. The support does not exist. I sent multiple messages on whatsapp and support chat, they have still not responded. Uninstalled.
