I’ve been using Bitspeed for 4 months, and it has really shown me how much revenue I can generate through this tool. I felt amazing when I saw the results from the campaigns I ran, and the AI-driven journeys have been quite effective in boosting revenue. That said, there is still room for improvement, especially with the mobile application interface, which I found not as user-friendly as it could be. In contrast, the web interface is smooth and easy to work with, allowing me to run multiple campaigns in one place without much hassle. There are definitely a few areas that need more focus, but overall, it’s a solid tool. I feel confident about using it and believe it has strong potential. With continued optimization, I think this tool can help generate even better revenue in the future.

We have tried many apps for WhatsApp marketing, but BiteSpeed has been the one we were most satisfied with. While features like Turkish language support were not available in the Turkish market, they quickly developed additional features upon our request. During our 14-day trial, we started seeing results quickly and our revenue increased. Their support and sales teams were very helpful, patiently listening to all our questions in live meetings and assisting us. They also guided us through the automation setups with both patience and speed. When you use an app, you expect the support to be great, and BiteSpeed never left this expectation unmet. They have a very clear and marketing-oriented dashboard, and even someone with little knowledge can easily use the app. Since we already had email marketing and SMS marketing apps set up, we only used the WhatsApp feature, but we can see how detailed and problem-solving the other features are as well. For example, we use Klaviyo for email marketing, and they also have an integration with Klaviyo. Although the monthly fees may look high for a company based in Turkey, it definitely pays off.
