Bitespeed is a great app for retention marketing. It’s easy to use and has really helped us reach out to our customers on WhatsApp. The analytics is also equally good. The support team is very helpful and always quick to respond. Only downside is the pricing , it’s quite high and could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses. But overall, it’s a very useful tool.

We’re still awaiting a refund for services never rendered.

i love the team and the kind of support they bring to you. Marketing on whatsapp and email is very daunting but the team at bitespeed has made everything very approachable and easy to manage. I was using interakt before which is less intuitive than bitespeed. I really like the small details such as the order history of the customer shown on the right of the chat and integration of everything in one place be it email, whatsapp, or facebook and instagram inbox and comments. i am glad i moved to bitespeed. it is a bit expensive though but well worth it if you have to manage a significant customer interactions each day. highly recommend.
