They ignore our support requests. We are using the platinum plan ($100 a month). We have been trying to reach them for the past few days through in-app chatbox, email and whatsapp yet Selina keeps ignoring them. Update as of 2/20/25 : Emma was quite helpful after our review. She helped us fix some issues with the app, and she made sure our problem was solved.

This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.
