We moved from another option app to Avis. I found it very tricky to consolidate my old app export file with the Avis import file. It would have been amazing to get more assistance with this process. In saying that, Lucy did try to point me in the right direction, by looking at it step by step however, it was ultimately up to me to problem solve and fix the file. Apart from the initial import issues, the support has been very responsive. Lucy has always answered within a few minutes. Thank you!
