So far, this app is great. I've only been using it for a couple of hours but the reason why I'm giving it 5 stars already is because of customer service! I was helped by Ms. Lucy. Having worked in customer service, I have high standards of how a customer should be treated, and she went above and beyond. Very kind, professional and she knew what she was talking about. I vouch and recommend Avis product options after being used for my business. The staff are super supportive, kind and always willing to help! Only downside of this is the payment required as a new business owner. However the pros outweigh the cons massively!
