We sell personalized items, and this app lets our customers add notes, choose colors, and more. Setup was quick and support was very responsive.

I can add color swatches, image upload without any coding. Quick to install and works smoothly with my existing theme.

This app appears user friendly and simple to use. However, I require an upcharge feature on products, which the app does not offer without upgrading to a plan. Upon subscribing for $9.95, the feature still does not work. My shop system does not automatically recognize the feature. There is no live chat support, and you have to search for a way to contact any type of support. There is only an email. I emailed support asking if there was a way to configure or add code and have not received a response. There is no tutorial anywhere regarding my issue. There is no free trial, so the only way to test whether it works with your shop is by subscription, and so far I've heard nothing regarding a refund. I had the subscription for all of 5 minutes. If you're going to pay any money for a subscription, I'd skip this app and find one of the other several available for Shopify.
