THIS APP IS THE BEST APP FOR IMPORTING PRODUCT REVIEWS. All the other apps don't have the AI feature where they search for similar products. You by yourself will have to provide the product url and is so time consuming if you have tons of products. AI in this app will make it a little faster, not having to search for the product url. I explored all the apps on shopify app store and finally chose this one. Don't waste your time guys.... just install this one. Their customer service is also awesome. Racheal is great..

Recht einfache und übersichtliche gestaltete Erweiterung, die intuitiv zu bedienen ist. Manchmal dauert das publishen von Reviews etwas. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kundensupport (danke an Rachel!). Eine Möglichkeit die Reviews selbst zu exportieren, wäre noch ideal.

У меня случилась проблема с тем что я не мог поменять план своей подписки как не старался. я думал уже потратить эти гнусные 19$ чтобы забыть про это приложение, но в последний момент мне написала поддержка, а именно ""Victoria"". Она помогла мне разобраться в моей проблеме и я смог поменять план на бесплатный. Если бы не ""Victoria"" я бы сейчас поставил в отзыве 1 звезду, но благодаря ней ставлю 3. В принципе приложение работает со своими багами и лагами, но то что отмнить подписку настолько тяжело, перекрывает все хоршие качества этого приложения....

They support very good. Even as I did not have my previous store they still managed to put in hours and bring my reviews from there to the new store. Amazing staff amazing support thanks to Rachel!

The customer support is quick and efficient. I worked with Victoria and she identified the problem right away and the team worked on the problem. Within minutes, everything is up and running. Very good response and on top of things. I am glad i chose them as my app support.

The best support team and not only the communication part, but also their technical team is very good at their job. I have contacted two other coders and they couldn't fix my problem but these guys did. I wasted 2 days trying to fix this problem and they did it for only 10 minutes. Definitely recommend! Erilys and Rachel were the people that helped me.
