Aftership customer service was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. There are many tracking software's however customer service can be a big difference and Aftership provided that. We used Aftership with Woocommerce and now switched to Shopify. Switching to Aftership on Shopify was very easy. Support was very helpful.

Excellent app for getting a unified dashboard of all shipments. This is a game changer for keeping an eye on orders. Support is outstanding. I had a couple of minor timezone issues with how times were displayed and they had a developer fix them in less than 24 hours.
