Great app to help customers track their order directly on my website. I like how everything is customizable and is very user friendly. The free plan has 50 shipments per month to be able to be tracked and that's perfect for me. I like how I don't have to pay for an extra thing because I have a few shipments a month and it's very affordable

Still the leader in tracking experiences for customers. More expensive but it works. Some issues auto-detecting Hong Kong post tracking numbers for some reason though.

Worst Customer Service Experience – Avoid AfterShip at All Costs! If I could give AfterShip zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. I’ve been waiting for over three days for them to fix a SIMPLE issue, and all I get are empty promises and vague excuses about how they’re 'working on it.' Spoiler alert: they’re NOT. The sheer lack of urgency and professionalism is staggering. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers or resolving issues in a timely manner. They just keep stringing me along with no real solutions, wasting my time and making me regret ever trusting them with my business. If you value your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away from AfterShip. This company is a joke and a complete waste of time. I’ll be looking for a more reliable alternative immediately. Absolutely pathetic service.

App works fine, just that they will charge your shopify account for multple charges and you will spend days to get it reversed. Shopify doenst help either.. I wouldnt recommend this app for the simple reason you will need to spend time adjusting your charges.

So far it I like it. I am just doing the free trial. I love how everything is in one place. Wish there was more bundles for all the services to keep cost down, especially for small or new businesses. But great app overall and great support.

Premium is really overpriced. I did premium purely for the custom tracking domain, but majority of the premium features you need to spend a few thousand a month for Shopify Plus to use. The auto-guessing the carrier with premium is almost always wrong. Every day I have to manually assign the carrier to the shipments. Glitches keep happening where it looks like packages are all in one package when there are multiple packages, so I get angry emails from customers demanding refunds when only one item arrives. It keeps importing tracking numbers twice. It also isn't fair that they will only let premium have a custom domain. My Apple and PC devices won't load the AfterShip link because it thinks its spam. I downgraded from the premium $239 a month down to the $59 plan. When you pay that much for an app every month, you expect it to work smoothly. $59 is all its worth to me.
