Working with Nicole and AdScale is AMAZING! So helpful, already had a few video conferences to go over changes and perfect ads. I’m about a month in, so still working out the kinks, but the customer service is beyond anything I expected. It’s as if I have my own ads marketing agent just for my company.

I recommend ! I just started my partnership with AdScale. The campaigns have only been running for 10 days. There haven't been many orders so far, but I'm getting all the instructions I need to improve the performance of my ads.

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases. The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments. This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

We have been working for AdScale for a year. We have been very pleased with everyone within the company. Our short term goals were hit in record time. We have worked with other advertising businesses without success. We recommend AdScale for all your advertising needs!

Natalie was amazing in detailing out explanations to my questions. I'm a total newbie and she made the transition to adscale very easy. On top of that she responded quite fast even on Christmas Eve/Day! I was not expecting that. It's still early stages of using the APP so I can't comment on that right now, only on the super awesome customer experience. thanks

Absolutely the worst experience. AdScales campaigns gave us a ROAS under 1x despite their customer support constantly asking us to keep spending when we wanted to end the trial. The final nail -- they promised to not charge us if we wanted to keep testing after the trial period. However, when we terminated the subscription, they ended up charging us (after initially promising a refund). Quite the scam!

Mijn ervaring met Adscale is ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin had ik problemen met de koppeling van mijn Shopify winkel. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om hulp te krijgen, was telefonisch contact niet mogelijk. Pas nadat ik een slechte review had geplaatst, werd ik benaderd door meerdere supportmedewerkers. Ze boden aan mij te helpen, de trialperiode met 2 maanden te verlengen en 2 maanden beheerondersteuning te bieden, op verzoek dat ik mijn slechte review zou verwijderen. Het is jammer dat ik eerst een slechte beoordeling moest schrijven om serieus genomen te worden. Als klant verwacht ik gewoon tijdige en goede hulp, zonder dat ik mijn frustraties publiekelijk hoef te uiten. Hoewel de koppeling na veel moeite eindelijk werkte, ben ik absoluut niet tevreden over de app zelf. Het programma is ingewikkeld, onoverzichtelijk en verre van gebruiksvriendelijk. Zelfs het maken van een eenvoudige remarketingcampagne bleek een frustrerende en onduidelijke ervaring. Het aanmaken en beheren van campagnes en advertentiegroepen in het algemeen is verwarrend en tijdrovend. Daarnaast merkte ik tot mijn schrik dat campagnes die ik had uitgeschakeld, na een tijd vanzelf weer geactiveerd werden. Dit gebeurde meerdere keren. Gelukkig zag ik het op tijd, maar dit soort fouten kan leiden tot onnodige kosten, en dat is onacceptabel. Uiteindelijk kies ik ervoor om mijn campagnes rechtstreeks via Facebook Ads Manager te beheren. Dit is eenvoudiger, overzichtelijker en bovendien gratis. Facebook biedt daarnaast telefonische ondersteuning, wat ik bij Adscale erg mis. Kortom, Adscale is niet de juiste keuze voor mij. Het werkt niet zoals ik verwacht van een professionele tool en het gebrek aan overzicht en gebruiksvriendelijkheid maakt het nog minder aantrekkelijk. Ik raad deze app niet aan

CHARGED ME AND WHEN I UNSUBSCRIBED KICKED ME OUT THE SYSTEM! SO I DID NOT GET TO FINISH THE MONTH I PAID FOR! SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE NAME FRANK THAT STATED HE WOULD REFUND ME, NOW I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE TO EMAILS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! OFFERED TO REFUND ME AND GIVE ME A FREE MONTH. BUT DID NOT HOLD UP TO IT.

Heel slechte service, ook brutaal reactie terug wanneer je meerdere keren netje vraagt om hulp, ze hadden ook beloofd om terug te bellen wat ook niet gedaan was, er wordt van alles verteld maar er komt geen resultaat, voor 199 euro per maand verwacht ik wel normaal service en ook dat je telefonisch bereikbaar moet zijn of minstens live chat wat ook bereikbaar moet zijn.

Really robust system, with a lot of features and possibilities, yet easy to setup and even easier to let run and optimize. The support from Nicole has been amazing and a MAJOR help as we got going. Her knowledge of the platform is outstanding and she has been able to easily spot ways that we can improve and get the most out of the system. Thank you!

We have been working with Adscale for past four weeks . We are very happy with result . We have started with Meta ads and now they are doing our google ads . Person that handles our account is great. She is very caring and gives a great feedback . I am very happy working with them .

In about 3 weeks of using this app, and with a background of painful experience with ads on google and meta, our business managed to generate a ROAS of 500%. The way the app connects with Meta and Google, and then reaches the targeted audience, makes it a powerful tool to have. It is not cheap, but it is worth the investment. The other really good thing about the app is the analytics, giving us a powerful insight of the customers, products and the business in general. I haven't tried the new email/sms features, so I can't comment on that.

Our AdScale team (Anna & Ivan) helped us get our Meta and Google ads started and took the headache out of the process, allowing us to exclusively focus on the creative. Really thrilled with our progress and has overall made the whole ad process effortless for us.

Excellent solution. At first it may be a little complicated to understand all the solutions the application has, but then we start to see that it is very easy to use. We had great help from Natalie who helped us at a delicate moment in sales with the change of agency we had but today we are satisfied with the results. We will certainly continue to work with Adscale.

Frank, 1. You guys are selling a lie. You do not have a proprietary software that allows you to get lookalike audiences. That is what Daniel sold me on. 2. After realizing that you told me a lie and seeing you underperform I was stuck since I paid you $4,800 dollars and you were also loosing me money. 3. I call bull shit on you trying to convince me that you poured $4,800 dollars worth of resources into my campaign within the first 20 days. You were using the work from my previous agency. Both creatives and the ads they were running. I’ve been in business since 2017. I’ve also owned several other businesses over the last 30 years. I believed you figured out a way to use AI to find qualified customers and get them to our site. That is what Daniel was selling. It is also what you have on your own advertisement. Since 2018, AdScale AI has been revolutionizing ecommerce advertising with an innovative blend of cutting-edge AI technologies and proprietary data signals that even Google and Facebook ads don’t have access to. If this was real you didn’t need three months to do the same job everyone else is doing. Frank, that is why I call you guys a scam. That is what I believe the definition of a scam is, a dishonest scheme; a fraud, The reason I will not use you is because you lied. I can’t trust liars. You won’t even admit it. Instead you hide behind your contract. I would rather loose $4,800 then continue to be scammed by someone and work with people who sell a lie. Frank, Do you have “AI that has cutting edge technology” that no one else is using? I don’t think so. Plus, in all our emails you have not said you do. My friend, you are scamming people by promoting something you do not have. Every single marketer can use Pmax and use the learning tools in Google and Meta. You are not fooling me now. But, I did believe it when Daniel sold me on it which is why you have my money. Frank, you don’t get it. I would have stayed with you if you would have just told me the truth. At least fess up to the misconception. Instead you guys double down on the fabrication of your “Magic AI” that does not exist. I’m attaching your own advertisement for you. 1. You don’t have proprietary AI learning. 2. You never used AI Campaigns for me. 3. You don’t have your own AI Optimization. You use Googles and Metas 4. You never created AI creatives with stunning video, image & text ad creatives Those are all the things listed on your own advertisement. I should report you to Shopify for being deceptive. In 20 days all you did was use Google and Meta’s tools to run my campaigns which any company can do.

Been using this app for a few weeks and it makes working with ads on Facebook / Instagram and Google a lot easier than using their own systems individually. Not as much AI as I hoped for the entry level but still its been good. My company The Slanket has been benefiting from their system and Nicole has been great to work with.
