Pretty impressive. I got into agencies who charged literally thousands of euros per month for bad results. Now I can make collection based ads, caroussels, branding and awareness campaings; everything under one roof with a few clicks (and I don't know a single thing about the backend of Meta). This works like a charm and I feel confident enough to be my own marketeer instead of commercial agencies who like to scare you with vocabulary and doomsday scenarios. Hello, I just want to share my honest feedback. Their support team takes too long to reply in the chat, and the assistant is not helpful at all. They created one search ad, but the keywords they used are not even ranking or relevant. In my Max campaign, I personally added all the headlines, descriptions, pictures, and even the video — so what exactly are they doing? They told me I have to wait almost 90 days for the best results. But if I run ads directly on Google, Google’s own AI also optimizes over time — so what’s the real power of their AI? Even my ad strength shows as “poor,” and no one contacted me to help improve it. I’m still in the trial period, otherwise I would have already lost my money. Honestly, I suggest that if you already know how to run ads yourself, don’t expect much from them. They just say “our AI will take data and improve,” but in reality, it works the same as Google’s AI.

I just signed up a week ago and I am impressed by the Adscale system so far. This platform has gotten me much better results than an agency was able to do. I had a meeting with Idan and he walked me through optimization and reviewed my ads. He gave me great tips and let me know I was on the right path. Thank you Idan! My only suggestion is for Adscale to make many more videos for people to watch about best practices and optimizing the ads. You have one video that gives basic advice set up but we need more explainer videos.

We’ve had a great experience with AdScale so far. The app makes everything simple and provides a smooth user experience — and it even brought us sales within a very short time after setup! I’ve been using AdScale for just over three months and invested thousands of dollars through the platform. Unfortunately, the performance has been disappointing. My ROAS stayed well below break-even, which meant I was actually losing money while running ads through the app. The AI recommendations have also been underwhelming. In my entire time using it, I only received two optimization tips. For a tool that promises AI-driven improvements, I expected much more proactive support. Instead, it feels like the app is still in development, with new features being added but core performance not delivering results. Since pausing AdScale and switching back to managing my own Google Ads (using Google’s free support), I’ve seen smoother results and better control. That said — I want AdScale to work. I like the concept, and I’d gladly come back if the team can provide more hands-on guidance or prove the AI is learning and improving campaigns over time. Hopefully, the developers can reach out to help me make this a better experience, because I do see the potential here.
