Absolutely terrible support, many technical problems & poor development. They published an update that shut down our checkout for 2 days. Shopify determined they were the cause and they would not believe anyone. Nothing worse than a company that gaslights its customers. They won’t last long on Shopify.

The app is very beautifully designed and easy to use. I can easily find the information I need and it's always up to date. I highly recommend it to anyone who regularly shops online.

Okay, so we've been using 17Track for a little while now and while there were a couple of issues, the team did fix them; and quite quickly. The customer service; can at times, misunderstand you due to the language barrier but so far our experience has been rather good. We also love their Green Shipping Protection feature; which is provided by Seel.
