I've been using 17track for a while to track my international packages, and overall I'm pretty happy with it. One of the biggest benefits of 17track is that it aggregates a multitude of different carriers, allowing me to track almost all of my shipments, no matter where they come from. This has saved me a lot of frustration, especially when ordering from abroad. The interface is simple and intuitive. All you have to do is enter the tracking number, and in a few seconds, I have up-to-date information on my package, with the different stages of its journey. In addition, it is possible to receive notifications on the progress of the shipment, which is really practical so as not to miss anything. I also tested the mobile application, and it is as effective as the web version. Everything is well organized, and I can track my packages wherever I am. The only downside I could mention is that sometimes the information is not updated immediately, especially when it comes to local or lesser known carriers. But it didn't bother me too much, because in general, the tool remains reliable. In summary, 17track is a very practical and complete solution for package tracking. This is a service that I recommend to those who regularly order online and need to track their shipments easily.

Subsequent to configuring 17TRACK as recommended by our third-party logistics collaborator, I reached out to the support team on several occasions. Remarkably, even with the most basic service plan, the level of support has been truly exceptional. The support staff demonstrated a profound understanding of my inquiries, circumstances, and necessities.

App works great, only thing i disliked was the "powered by 17track" on the tracking page but I just asked the support to remove it and a person named biaca did it in like 10 seconds. very nice experience so far!

After setting up 17TRACK as advised by our 3PL partner I have contacted support a number of times and despite being on the lowest plan the support has been excellent. They understood my questions, situation and requirements well. The advice given has helped in so many ways. Thank you to Jay, Bianca, Denver and Emily. Even on the lowest paid plan the app works well for what we need. Once we are in a position to upgrade we will, and thus be able to take full advantage of the features such as analytics and more.

I strongly advise against using the 17TRACK app. Trying it out ended up causing more issues than it solved. After installing and then deciding to remove the app, I was left with broken tracking links for all orders in Shopify. Instead of helping, the support team was completely unhelpful. Their only response was that the app wasn’t responsible, and I was directed to solve the issue myself with Shopify—leaving me stranded with no support or solution. Beware: simply testing this app may mess up your tracking links, and you might end up fixing it alone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable option!
