Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.

Reymon Alvero was able to help me within minutes from the time I reached out for assistance. He went into my site to fix an issue and sent me a screenshot to locate where the error stemmed from.

I had to uninstall the app the support is terrible. After 3 weeks the problem was not fixed. I decided to go with another review provider.

Been using the app for sometime now, and it works a treat, with great support, this time from Rovi.

This app is full of bugs - Upgrading your plan from Free to a paid tier doesn't actually work (the charge is applied, but service levels are NOT increased). Additionally, the Onboarding flow within the app is broken (persistently asks you to install the widget, when doing so, it adds the widget to your theme multiple times). Go with another option! Worse yet, the support is horrible.

They were super helpful in addressing some of the teething issues I had with the initial integration and went above and beyond helping to troubleshoot. Thank you!

$200 more a month and I can't get them to help upload my existing reviews. Super glitchy website, that has slow load times. Not really the best experience...

We've had a great experience using Yotpo Reviews so far. The automated review request emails convert quite well, and customer support has always been very helpful. We had a slight issue in using support articles to install the star ratings on our Collections pages and Doner P with the support team installed it for us without issue.

ive been using yotpo for all of its services for over 18months now. cant really fault the product. needed service and got fantastic assistance from Vien Saints to get it sorted within 10-15mins. good product and good after sale service.
