App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

Initially you might think that the widgets are not that customizable, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. My support agent Jed is a true coding wizard and was able to make the widgets look exactly the way I wanted in about 10 minutes, even on a Sunday night. Never experienced support on this level. Thank you!

Vitals has so many apps inside of it that could be game changers. To be honest, I'm new to this so I have only tried a handful of them, but so far they are fabulous!! I'm interested in using more of the products for sure! I just have to figure out how to do it! They do offer support for those though so I look forward to diving even deeper into my settings etc to make my store even more efficient and easy to manage. Thanks Vitals!

We have been very pleased with the diversity of offerings through Vitals. If we had one recommendation for enhancement, it would be to the bundling features. We ran into placement issues that made one of our bundle offerings difficult for customers to locate and take advantage of during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. We continue to experiment with offerings and are pleased with the app as a whole.

Vitals has greatly helped me understand whatever the hell I've been doing because I don't really understand it completely like that. BUT vitals has made the job a lot easier to maneuver around and go about it. So for that reason, I thank you, and you can have all 5 of my stars fr. Installed the app today. It does a great job of walking you through initial setup. I was concerned that with 40 tools, it would be a giant mishmash of settings, etc. But this was not so. It is very well organized. One surprise was that the 30 day free trial is not the default. It's only 7 days to start with. You have to setup and enable some of the tools to earn the full 30 days. At first, I was annoyed, but then I saw how well they guide you through this, making it easy to take the steps and earn the extra time. This approach was highly effective in helping me to get immediate benefit from it. Now I'm completely satisfied and happy with Vitals. While setting it up, there was one thing I thought could be done better. I reached out to them and they had a solution in about 30 minutes. I was completely blown away by their responsiveness. I am a very happy customer. I could not have wished for a better Day One experience.

I used Vitals during Black Friday to manage promotions on my Shopify store, particularly for "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) deals, and the experience was frustrating. Despite setting up my promotions correctly, the app caused significant pricing inconsistencies that confused my customers. Vitals was the only app I used for these promotions, so it’s evident the issue stemmed from how Vitals’ discount logic interacted with Shopify’s built-in system. This conflict created discrepancies, leaving customers unsure about final pricing and damaging their trust in my store. What made the situation worse was the support team’s response. They shared redundant screenshots from before the app was uninstalled, failing to address the core issue or provide a resolution. An app designed to simplify promotions should not cause more problems than it solves. I cannot recommend Vitals for managing discounts or promotions unless they address these flaws. If you value customer trust and smooth operations, consider alternatives.

Like 50 apps in one.. well worth the money and I dont know what i would do without it! The best part is the super responsive, quick and helpful customer service. I had a couple of issues where I couldn’t figure out why some things weren’t showing up and they sorted it out within minutes. Highly recommend!
