Not Happy since I mainly paid for the Pre-Orders, they have taken it off, making excuses about Shopify changes, well, why don't you make changes so it works, but still charging the same price, not worth that much, very expensive, have to go elsewhere, find alternatives

The app wasn't bad, until one day it started applying 15% off one of my products completely at random! I had a Volume Discount active for months and it never gave me any problems. Once I set it up, I never touched it again, yet one day it started applying that discount to a random product of mine, causing me to lose $7000 in 2 days!!! App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

I can't see all these 5 stars. (1) Why on earth would any lead capture app give up the code to a fake email rather than deliver the code by email. That's the entire point of it. (2) If you use spin the wheel, all you have to do is click the page and it will go away. So, the decline statement is useless. Usage charges will break the bank. Every app promises conversions until you ask them about it. If every app produced those conversions we'd all have 100% conversion would we not? The sale timer is cool, but plenty of those out there. The star reviews are cool, but again, plenty of those. Usage charges & codes given for fake emails that clutter up your lists are the two biggest drawbacks.

Worse, their "support" was nonexistent when we needed it most. If you’re looking for an app to automate your promotions, don’t trust Vitals. You’ll lose money and spend more time fixing their errors than actually running your business. For entrepreneurs who can’t afford downtime or lost revenue, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

As a company, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the Vitals app. Even though we removed the app before the trial period ended and never used it, we’ve been charged for months. After contacting Shopify, they explained that stopping the charges from this app can be difficult and recommended reaching out to Vitals directly, as payments are managed through a third-party system. They also mentioned that we should contact them again if the issue isn’t resolved with Vitals. We would appreciate it if you could help us resolve this by providing a full refund and confirming the cancellation of the subscription. If this can’t be resolved, we’ll need to explore other options, including legal counsel, but we’re hopeful it won’t come to that. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I contacted Vitals Support today about a technical problem that occurred during the installation of Vitals. The support employee tried to solve the problem, but I have now noticed that the employee's intervention has caused even more problems. Now I wanted to contact Live Support again, but the function has been deactivated for me for several hours. I am now on my own with my problems without an option for help, only mail support, but that hardly helps me here.

That who starting new store I don't recommend this app. price is too high for new stores . get other free apps that has same features

the support is useless. anything happens, they just ask me to uninstall another app. even a free app can help me when rewrite the code and they just me to basically uninstall all other apps.... and their function is very limited. seems like you have a lot of app, but none get the job done. this is the 1st time i give a bad review....
