Update Again: We have the email proof that they spammed us begging for the review to be removed so please, let's get into that, and the fact they signed up to our email list and contacted our customer support on the website, BEFORE even allowing a response, is further proof of harassment. An app contacting you through your customer support on your website is taking time away from actual customers. Also, it was not within 48 hours, it was within 24 hours and even sending any more than one email within a 48 hour window is insane, but within 24 hours, harassment, especially when contacting us through our support line. AND no sir, that is not common practice for charging for an app, as there are plenty of others who only charge based on what THEY bring in to your site. Case and point, it took us 2 hours to find a new app, and have it running and converting same day, no issues since. I won't list that app here as that would be wrong to try to promote another app in a review, but everyone should look elsewhere. Updated Review: Stay very far away from this app and company. After leaving our review, we have now been harassed by the "owner" of the app! He sent us 4 emails in less than 24 hours in "complete shock" that we would "dare leave a 1 star review." He then signed up to our email list and then spammed our customer support button begging us to remove our 1 star review. He was flooding the chat that is for actually customers with actual questions!!!! This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. Then come to find out, they charge you by the number of sales your website does, not the number of sales their app generates. What utter nonsense! We've enjoyed using Selleasy to offer add-ons and bundles with our products. The user interface is easy to navigate and offers quick and helpful reporting. One particular advantage of Selleasy is the ability for customers to choose between variant options for each add-on product before adding the bundle to cart. And the developers have been quick to respond and help us with customizations to fine tune the app's appearance and behavior on our store. Greatly appreciated!

Great app, I use this across two of my stores and has many variations for product page, cart draw & more upsells. If you need help the chat is always happy to help and sorts any custom requests on the spot with you. Definitely worth the investment and great tool for increasing AOV on your store.

**Update: This company didn't like that I gave an honest review, so now they are making excuses, and wasting even more time by constantly emailing me, and replying to this review. I offered for them to fix the issue and I would take this review down, but they just badger me instead. Shameful behavior. Proceed with caution** Service is terrible. The app wasn't working and they had me get on a call late at night. Then the Rep was asking me what the problem is. I had already wrote a detailed description that the rep didn't bother to read, and then she wanted me to direct the call. I can't direct the call! If I could direct the call, I certainly wouldn't be contacting them. Just such a waste of time for something that doesn't work. Don't offer support if you're not going to provide it. It's that simple.

The add to cart function was not working. The support didnt care and took 10 min. to write any message. So I wasted almost an hour without any solution or any information when a solution is expected. Looks to me like the employees just didnt care, try to waste time! Its a risk to relie on such an app, when not even basic functionality is working and this useless support structure!
