I absolutely love trendsi! They actually have men's clothes for one! I've felt that men's dropship clothing is VERY hard to find! And luckily it seems like their men's section is growing. Great for women's clothing too obviously. Trendsi is my #1 dropship supplier for clothing on my site. Only things I would suggest that I think would make trendsi even more awesome is if they had more skinny/fitting clothes for men, had a lower MOQ for branding cause unfortunately, I cant use that feature and just a whole lot more men's ;P Also im mostly attracted to the more different and not so normal stuff they have. They definitely arent mundane

I had contacted customer service today; March 30th, and spoke with Mariel. It was the best experience with customer service I have ever had with any fashion company I have had to deal with. I needed to ask a few pressing questions on one order which required my assistance in an immediate response. Mariel was more than receptive to my concerns, my immediate need, and my requirement to for assistance due to the fact I had many mishaps on my own errors. I was able to receive my answers in a quick ,responsible, courteous, professional manner without leaving any doubt or concerns by the end of our conversation. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. It was an outstanding response from Mariel! Highly recommend Trendsi and their customer service! Especially with Mariel!!

Yesterday, I worked with Lorena, and today, I had the pleasure of working with Charles to resolve an issue with my account. Strangely, my store was connected to another business, but Charles is now reaching out to the store owner to disconnect it, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I started trendsi app few weeks ago. I have a great experience with them. Adding products from Trendsi to shopify is very smooth which makes my job very easy. Today, I had some problems with shipping and contacted the customer representative Anya who is very responsive and helpful, and my problem got resolved very fast. So far, I love this app for drop shipping. My only complaint is some brands on Trendsi doesn't format the size information very well because of that product pages doesn't look very professional and clean. If they can resolve this issue, it will be very helpful for me.
