It's incredible how much you can get here for free and how professionally you can integrate the languages. You can even select the Shopify theme, and it integrates perfectly into the announcement bar, where the social media links are also located. Then just adjust the colors and hide the theme's own language selection, and ta-da... you have additional languages to choose from. A great added value for our customers. Simply brilliant! Now we are of course also looking at the other apps from Hextom and are excited to see what they offer. Keep it up! *****.

App is working pretty good, works well with the Taiga theme. But the translate AI is horrible, 50% of lines is wrong and it randomly doesn't translate bits of text at all. It also translates identical lines totally different and is not consistent at all. You can't trust it to translate languages you don't know. They charge you alot for it, which in my eyes is not appropriate with the quality delivered.

Even for free it meets the needs of our store and is very well-suited for Shopify stores. Easy to use.

This is one of the best translation apps on the market, however, in our case, it had a few glitches/errors. If these errors had actually been corrected by the technical team, this would now be a 5-star review with no cons to speak of. However, there were errors, mostly to do with the app itself, which made it impossible to use their native tools (manual translation, gloassary, visual editor). One of these errors was the visual editor: we've had this error unresolved for more than 2 months, with the team telling us from time to time that they're still aware of the error and are working to correct it... but the truth is that every month they charge us the monthly fee and if the error isn't corrected for a year, we'll be spending a whole year without using one of their main features? Finally, I'd like to express my displeasure with their support, 95% of the time they put up a chatbot saying they're all busy and no one can take our call... when they do, they show a lack of consideration for their own customers by completely ignoring our messages...

I am thrilled with this App! I have so many store visitors from Brazil but I didn't receive any orders from there. I then realised that language could be one of the barriers. I installed this app and hopeful that my Brazilian customers will now be able to order from my store!
