This is one of the best translation apps on the market, however, in our case, it had a few glitches/errors. If these errors had actually been corrected by the technical team, this would now be a 5-star review with no cons to speak of. However, there were errors, mostly to do with the app itself, which made it impossible to use their native tools (manual translation, gloassary, visual editor). One of these errors was the visual editor: we've had this error unresolved for more than 2 months, with the team telling us from time to time that they're still aware of the error and are working to correct it... but the truth is that every month they charge us the monthly fee and if the error isn't corrected for a year, we'll be spending a whole year without using one of their main features? Finally, I'd like to express my displeasure with their support, 95% of the time they put up a chatbot saying they're all busy and no one can take our call... when they do, they show a lack of consideration for their own customers by completely ignoring our messages...
