Mi trovo abbastanza bene con questa applicazione. Devo anche ammettere che comunque il costo è importante e che quindi potrebbe essere migliorata. Comunque funziona abbastanza bene. Invece per quanto concerne il servizio di assistenza, devo dire che funziona molto bene, ho avuto qualche problema dopo aver acquistato dei crediti di traduzioni, non si sono caricate, ho scritto prima nella loro chat e poi via mail, la persona che mi ha seguito è stata cordiale gentile ed ha saputo risolvere il problema tra il sabato e la domenica. Quindi ottimo servizio. Continuerò a lavorare con loro.
