The app works well overall, but we’re giving it 2 stars because the synchronization times are honestly unacceptable. USPS, DHL and other carriers take over 48 hours to update inside TrackingMore, which creates a terrible customer experience. These are domestic U.S. orders — updates should refresh every hour, or at least every 30 minutes, not every two days. We also noticed that the “Sync orders once” button doesn’t work. It syncs, but nothing actually updates. Even their own support team admits USPS and DHL sync can take up to 48 hours. That’s just not realistic for high-volume stores. We’re currently on their highest plan, but because of these issues, we’re seriously considering switching to another app. Hope they improve this soon, because the rest of the platform is solid — but these delays make it very hard to rely on.

Worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems for over a year and they never fix the real issue. Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for that moment, but the system loses sync again and again a few days after. It literally feels like talking to a wall or an AI bot that can’t do anything real. We’ve been extremely patient – way too patient – but enough is enough. Since yesterday we’ve been going back and forth: It`s like.. am i talking to an AI or what, cause you never know, but it sure feels like it. First we sent a CSV with all the tracking numbers that aren’t updating. That didn’t work, so we sent the same list in plain text. Then they asked us for screenshots of the frontend – we sent those too. Now they are asking if the tracking numbers are even added to the orders… Seriously? Of course they’re added! They’re added in Shopify, TrackingMore pulls them, and then TrackingMore fails to update the tracking info. The automation is completely broken. Just fix the damn sync already instead of making us jump through endless hoops every single time. And to add, it is the same problem on both of our Shopify shops. So i really wonder why we haven`t replaced the app long ago. How hard can it be for a technician to reach out and try to solve the problem. We have never gotten any feedback whatsoever from a technician.

I can't live without this app. Trackingmore's triggers for Klaviyo allow me to have ultra-personalized flows in real time so that customers can know all the shipping statuses of their orders; tracking page with no mention of Chinese cities or references to cities that could compromise the store's trust and image; highly customizable. I highly recommend it; I have this app in more than three stores now, with all the automations.

This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.

This is an excellent app that offers you real time legit Carrier associations and can extract historically your data. In my case I had few and I mean 2 as I'm doing as much to bring it up to scratch. This app with Ashley as my go to agent, was warm, extra helpful and so in tune with my thoughts. I also got bonuses for just the free plan and her patience is what made me feel, my store and I are in good hands. this is trusted and built for Shopify and will not interfere with your theme. It is compatible and Im Grateful for Ashley walking me through the features and explaining each one in detail.

Ich habe einige Tracking Apps hier ausprobiert. Für mich als Dropshipper hat sich TrackingMore als die beste Lösung dargestellt. Zum einen kann man seine Trackingseite individuell gestalten. Sie ist responsive und lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Das Besondere bei dieser App ist, dass man den ersten Carrier auf Wunsch komplett ausblenden kann, sodass der Kunde ausschließlich den Last Mile Carrier (Zusteller) angezeigt bekommt. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein überragender Vorteil gegenüber den anderen Trackern. Manche zeigen den Last-Mile Carrier GAR NICHT und der Kunde kriegt ausschließlich die Updates von den China-Carriern. Auch die Anpassung der einzelnen Statusupdates funktioniert super. Man kann ganze Phrasen wie "Import customs clearance started. Carrier note: Import clearance start" entweder komplett aus der Sendungsverfolgung entfernen oder sie durch eine beliebige Formulierung ersetzen. Ferner muss ich noch den Kundenservice hervorheben. Ich war mit der Auswahl an Schriftarten/Fonts nicht komplett zufrieden, da meine Corporate-Schriftart (Inter) gefehlt hat. Das Team hat meine Anfrage entgegengenommen und im Hintergrund binnen 2 Tagen die Schriftart implementiert. Hier war echt überrascht.

Their customer service is on another level. I was primarily assisted by Ashley, but also received support from Richie. Both were extremely attentive and helpful. They resolved my issue promptly, even though it wasn’t simple or straightforward. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service like this from a company—it truly sets them apart.
