he app works well in theory, but we’re giving it 2 stars because the synchronization times are honestly unacceptable. USPS, DHL, and other carriers often take over 48 hours to update inside TrackingMore, which creates a terrible customer experience. These are domestic U.S. orders — updates should refresh every hour, or at least every 30 minutes, not every two days. We also noticed that the “Sync orders once” button doesn’t work as expected. It runs, but nothing actually updates. Even bulk retracking frequently fails to pull the latest status. Their own support team has confirmed that USPS and DHL syncs can take up to 48 hours, but that’s simply not realistic for high-volume stores. We were on their highest plan, yet in the last period the app became increasingly unreliable — tracking statuses wouldn’t update, manual syncs didn’t work, and overall visibility broke down. Because of this, we decided to leave TrackingMore. If you run a high-volume operation, TrackingMore is not a reliable partner right now. That said, I want to highlight that Ellyn, our assigned agent, was always kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help. She deserves 5 stars for her effort and attitude. Unfortunately, the company and the app itself deserve 1/5, due to ongoing technical issues that were never fully resolved. It’s a shame, because the platform has potential — but until these core problems are fixed, it’s very hard to trust it operationally.

Worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems for over a year and they never fix the real issue. Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for that moment, but the system loses sync again and again a few days after. It literally feels like talking to a wall or an AI bot that can’t do anything real. We’ve been extremely patient – way too patient – but enough is enough. Since yesterday we’ve been going back and forth: It`s like.. am i talking to an AI or what, cause you never know, but it sure feels like it. First we sent a CSV with all the tracking numbers that aren’t updating. That didn’t work, so we sent the same list in plain text. Then they asked us for screenshots of the frontend – we sent those too. Now they are asking if the tracking numbers are even added to the orders… Seriously? Of course they’re added! They’re added in Shopify, TrackingMore pulls them, and then TrackingMore fails to update the tracking info. The automation is completely broken. Just fix the damn sync already instead of making us jump through endless hoops every single time. And to add, it is the same problem on both of our Shopify shops. So i really wonder why we haven`t replaced the app long ago. How hard can it be for a technician to reach out and try to solve the problem. We have never gotten any feedback whatsoever from a technician.

This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.
