While support was good and the UI was easy, it lacks some features other apps offer, such as the ability to both monitor shipping within Shopify's dashboard and use custom emails (seems you can only do one or the other). Also, I'm always paranoid about adding a new tracking app, in case customers receive dated or duplicate emails, so I checked with support that this definitely wouldn't happen. I was assured, but the day after adding the app and turning on notifications, I got a customer email replying to a Track123 "Delivered" email they just received, for an order that was actually delivered a week ago. No idea yet how many other customers received these emails, but it's exactly what I wanted to avoid.

Ease of Program App Use Recently downloaded the app (which was one of the apps recommended after chatting with Shopify support about my business needs). The page by page instructions were easy to follow, easy to read and I was able to custom design the landing page with products from my store - which for me is a plus! A 5 star rating is possibly in the future after I have more experience to see how well it performs.
