Timesact is the only pre-order app I will ever use. The app is a bit confusing at first because there's a lot of information and a lot of new options with the interface, but once you have it up and running it's a breeze. Every time I have reached out to support, at any time of day or night, I have received a response within 10-15 minutes, and they have always resolved my issue. They even go so far as to make custom code for your store and your needs. The entire team is extremely helpful, and has always helped with anything I've needed.
