This app is absolutely crucial for scaling up. My sales are automated and I don’t have to pay for marketing. The customer service far surpasses any application I’ve ever used with Shopify. Wow! Rommel was exactly what I needed when I needed it. We had a last minute panic switching from another pre-order app that just wasn’t meeting our needs (it didn’t even let us cap quantities per product, a huge dealbreaker for us). At nearly 10pm the night before our launch, we installed Timesact and managed to get everything set up quickly. There were just a couple of small things I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out to their support team... They replied within ONE minute and had both issues fixed within two more. I’ve never had service like this on any Shopify app. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review and I’m honestly 150% impressed. This app is absolutely amazing and just what I needed. After installing and uninstalling a couple of other ones, I found this to be the most intuitive and simplest to set up. It helps me to be able to organise multiple limited drops and pre-orders. Their pricing is also the most reasonable and flexible that I've seen.
