Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I placed an order for a sweater, but even after a considerable amount of time, the order has not yet been shipped and there is no clear communication or proactive update about the delay. For a platform that positions itself as a professional dropshipping solution, this lack of transparency and slow order handling is problematic — especially when customers are expecting timely delivery. At this point, I cannot rely on Syncee for consistent fulfillment and would advise other store owners to be cautious if delivery speed and reliability are important for their business.

Avoid this app, predatory billing, and no accountabilityThis was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I was charged nearly $150 CAD for an app I used for two days, uninstalled immediately, and never benefited from. Support was cold, inflexible, and offered no real help just copy paste policies. Seeing other reviews with the same experience makes this feel intentional rather than accidental. If you’re new to Shopify or on a tight budget, this app can seriously hurt you financially.

Eversince I installed App, The website became terribly slow. I have paid $ 59 but, I do have to uninstall even in between because of having very slow website.

Awful confusing why doesn't shopify use third parties it is not easy to navigate sent an email immediately at first charge. Now its happened twice. I have only two logins, once when I was coaxed into the service which had zero products relevant to my brand, and the second logon trying to get rid of this on phone talking to shopify support. The emails say shopify billing this is a mess

Leider überzeugt die App mich nicht. Barcodes werden oft nicht übernommen und wenn man sie manuell einträgt, verschwinden sie bei der nächsten Synchronisierung wieder. Für diese Leistung ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Die Produktsuche ist unpraktisch, da man Kategorien nicht filtern kann und nach dem Öffnen eines Artikels wieder komplett nach unten scrollen muss.

Runaway! Terrible Logistics. If you have taken the trouble to build a brand a customer loyalty do not use this app. It will diminish your brand. The Fulfillment process is a joke. Deliveries take 10 days plus and you have to dig through emails to find a tracking number affiliated with a sketchy Chinese carrier. If you have a dropship company with zero branding, just swindling people who aren't familiar with Amazon, this app is for you. If you're a small business owner building a brand RUN! I only gave this 3 stars because most people only check the 3 star reviews. My real score is Negative A BILLION STARS. Again RUN!

Absolutely stunning variety of products to choose from!!! Excellent quality Love there selection and great customer service!!! Only little thing i can point out wish some suppliers could add more than just one pic but other than that I have never been happier with a supplier where evertime i hear Syncee i smile a big smile!!!

Horrifying customer service. Their customer service does not exist. We were having an issue with an order "Fulfilled by Syncee", and we needed to contact their support team to help resolve the issue. There was no support team, and they left a message that says "Back in one week" ONE WEEK? WE ARE IN Q4! I would suggest all inexperienced merchants to avoid Syncee at all costs. It is not worth your money. The team behind this app do not care about your business.

Excellent app, and support is excellent! But the chatbot screening is frustrating—it tries everything to keep you from reaching a human agent. If a chatbot could actually resolve issues, I wouldn’t mind, but we’re still years away from that level of reliability. For a paid app, human support should be the priority. If the goal is to train bots, that should be done through a free service, not at the expense of customers’ time—something small business owners simply don’t have to waste.

We find it particularly useful that weight updates also work smoothly through the application. If you are a manufacturer/supplier Syncee also offers a great way to build your business via new retailers. The support team is fast and helpful. It is okay. Way better than many Dropshipping suppliers, but you pay 40 $ and only get like 50 products. Way to less for using. I think I will cancel my subscription.

even tho i uninstalled this app and there isnt a subscription selected, im still being charged i got charged a 2nd time, and now i see the charge is still on my current bill, nothing has been done, only messages to remove the review, and THEN they will send a message to finance??? what injustice is this, i am due the 2nd charge to be refunded, and they must remove the new charge on current invoice, wow, can someone in syncee that is in fianance and management sort this out??? How can i be messaged to remove a review first before any remedy, its been days later and the same message of remove the review, its a win win, im losing, im still losing,
