Final Thoughts

"Syncee Collective Dropshipping" proves to be a valuable tool for many merchants seeking to enhance their e-commerce operations, offering a large array of products and strong integration capabilities. PROS: This was the easiest app for finding your niche. I have compared with: SaleHoo, Modalyst, Spocket, AutoDS CONS: 1) All the products I have searched are more expensive on your platform than on Amazon. Why should I expect someone to buy from my humble store when they can go to Amazon (free shipping, easy return, better price)? Useless app. 2) Return is handled by the supplier. It means that I may have a lot of headaches without support.

Initially the Syncee website appeared to be informative and practical during the time I was scouting dropshipping apps for my store. Then, they redesigned the interface and it seems to be counterproductive. The redesign removed catalogs and combined the idea of a catalog within the import lists. Then, deleting products is arranged in the most complicated, counterintuitive way using a filter. Unlike Shopify when I need help, the advisors can sometimes correct/update things on my behalf. I have been trying to delete products for days only to receive the intended results then back to square one due to one small update And no one can call you at least with the plan where you have 250 products. I can no longer easily see a supplier’s inventory before importing to my store. Importing itself is a nightmare. Initially, Syncee’s app kept overriding my changes in Shopify on select products. Last, support is unavailable on the weekend and re-appears during odd hours if you live in the United States. They were closed Thanksgiving day and Friday even though they are based in Hungary; e-commerce is a 24 hour business which drives on holiday sales.

Every order had to be canceled or refunded. Sucks to spend lots money on ads and platforms like these fumble. Questions are met with "Please contact the supplier directly."
