Customer service will put in a lot of time trying to sell you the product, but virtually ZERO after you purchase. They will send you a how to link that is about as helpful as their chat function, which is to say very little. I set up a meeting a Yotpo agent. When he found out that I just needed help setting up the program, he messaged me and said that I should talk to the agents through the chat function.

I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Gabriel S at Yotpo. He’s been incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting me with setting up our referral program. His knowledge and expertise made the process seamless, and he provided clear guidance every step of the way.

It was quite difficult for us to implement a new tool seeing as we were migrating from another, but the Yotpo support team (especially Gabriel S) are highly responsive and pick up every ticket we sent them in the 2 weeks post launch. We appreciate the quick response & turnaround even though there were quite some bugs / issues with our launch (that was specific to our previous set up). The support team is available and knowledgeable for simple and complex questions. John B quickly responded to my ticket letting me know that he was working to find a solution then followed up with documentation of how to resolve my question.

The phone number they list is wrong and for an air conditioning company. Also no live chat. Hurts our businesses when clients have questions that we cannot get quick answers too.

Can't recommend Yatpo Customer Service enough. I've chatted with them three... YES THREE TIMES.... and each time the service was better than the last. Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgable, efficient and persistent in helping to troubleshoot my issues. 11/10 recommend
