I really want to use spocket for my drop shipping because I want to work closer with Amazon products. However the cost to import products from spocket is $99.00 a month? Is this correct. Is it free? I don’t feel comfortable confirming details on any cites especially for that much. I do think this is a fabulous app but is that the overall cost?? It’s not a scam??

Don't fall into this pit! None of their products are professional level. Their system is completely based on subscription traps. I spent $200 and in return I saw product photos taken with NOKIA and garbage products manufactured in the back streets of China. Disgrace!

When you subscribe and delete your account permanently and cancel your plan, it will not delete your banking data even after contacting support and they are against privacy

Customer Service Department The overall design looks good and the products are decent, but the user interface needs significant improvement. Somehow, we've ended up with multiple accounts without intentionally signing up, which is confusing. The live chat feature is nearly impossible to use, I still haven’t managed to get it working. I'm experiencing serious difficulty just trying to initiate a conversation. There appears to be no real customer service presence here.

I subscribed for the 14-day trial but didn’t like the app, as I found a better alternative. I canceled the subscription before the trial ended, and the screen confirmed that my subscription was canceled. However, I was still charged $39.99. I contacted customer service and spoke with Angelique, who said they would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours. I followed up, but received no response. Additionally, she didn’t close the conversation, preventing me from reaching another agent. I do not recommend this app. They should handle cancellations more professionally and provide better customer support.

opstarten was even lastig, maar erg goede hulp gekregen direct. Zelf telefonisch contact gehad om het probleem snel te verhelpen. Ik ga er nu mee aan de slag en hoop er nog langer gebruik van te maken

products on app is like other similar apps that all are free or have free plan, too bad thing is have NO ANY IMAGE SEARCH OPTION!!! no any extra option and have no free plan, NOT RECOMMENDED PS: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you acknowledging the issues I raised. While I understand that Spocket aims to offer a premium experience, the current technical issues—especially the inability to import orders—are very disruptive to my business. I’ve already reported this problem to the support team, but it remains unresolved after several days. However, I appreciate that after my review, the support team followed up and worked to identify the issue. I also accept the offer to explore the platform further and see how things improve. I’m hopeful that with ongoing improvements and support, Spocket will become an even better solution for dropshippers like me. I truly hope Spocket can resolve these technical issues promptly. Features like image search and a smoother user experience are essential for busy store owners like me, especially since other platforms offer these at no additional cost. Looking forward to seeing the platform’s progress.

I’m extremely disappointed with Spocket’s billing practices. I was charged multiple times within the same billing cycle – $59.99 for the Professional plan, then $99.99 for the Empire plan twice, without clear explanation. Shopify also charged me $99 separately, bringing the total to over 350 USD for a month. When I contacted Spocket support, they offered only 3 months of free service instead of a refund, even though the service didn’t add value to my store. After I questioned this further, they stopped responding to my chat entirely. I'm now seeing many other users reporting similar issues — unclear billing, overlapping charges, and dismissive support. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank to file a dispute/chargeback as well as Shopify.

Spocket has been the best help in launching my store. The platform is easy to use, the product selection is great, and the customer support team is quick and professional. Shipping is fast, especially to the US and EU, and everything integrates perfectly with Shopify. Highly recommended for any serious dropshipper!

There's 3 things I love about Spocket. 1. The products. They are high quality and at a very competitive price. 2. The UI. The UI is so smooth making it product pushes so seemless. It's not like other clunky platforms out there. 3. Customer Service. You guys are awesome! Keep it up. 5/5! Would recommend 120%.

They will not let you use the app whatsoever till you pay for a plan. This is an issue since I can't even tell if they sell my product or not. I have the app downloaded, I can see where I can search products but there is a popup that does not leave and forces you to pay before you can even browse the app for it's features.

I am active as a supplier on Spocket and have had a very positive experience so far. The platform offers good visibility for my products and gives me direct access to a large number of retailers worldwide. The upload process is clear, and communication with the support team has always been helpful and solution-orientated. I particularly appreciate the fact that orders are forwarded automatically and that the fulfilment process is efficient. In the future, I would like to see even more options for customising the product presentation and better filter functions for retailers, but overall it is a recommendable platform for suppliers who want to sell professionally.

This company is definitely a scam with unethical business practice From day one I requested a refund and my request was approved, but since 12/26/2024 I have been sending them messages daily and unfortunately they have not sent my money.
