    Extremely Slow Support & Unresponsive Suppliers — Not Reliable for New Businesses I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Spocket deserves an honest warning for other small business owners. I waited over a month for Spocket’s team to resolve an issue preventing me from placing a simple sample order. The supplier I chose never updated their Stripe account, and Spocket repeatedly told me they were “following up” — but there was no progress for weeks. During this time, I couldn’t order products, test anything, or operate my store properly. I built my website around these items, only to discover the supplier was completely unresponsive and unreachable. When I finally cancelled my subscription due to the platform being unusable, Spocket still refused a straightforward refund for the latest billing cycle — even though the service was not functional for its intended purpose. The customer support agents were polite, but the system behind them feels broken. If a supplier doesn’t respond, there’s nothing you can do but wait… and wait… and wait. If you’re building a new store or relying on specific suppliers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience cost me time, energy, and momentum.

    i paid 60/month for 3 months to test out during the development and the app had constant issues and failures, the support werent able to help ever and usually the solution is removing the app from your shop and readding. im tired of no actual support for the money you pay

    Updated Review – November 2025 If I could give this company 0 out of 5, I absolutely would. It’s now been over four weeks since Spocket promised to issue a full refund for an unauthorized $314.99 USD charge, and we’re still waiting. Despite more than 10 emails back and forth, all we get are vague replies like “we’re still coordinating internally” or “may we schedule a quick call?” even though we’ve made it clear multiple times that we prefer to keep everything in writing for accountability. The constant requests for phone calls and the lack of concrete action make it feel like they’re simply trying to delay the process. For a small business like ours, this kind of unapproved billing and prolonged refund runaround is completely unacceptable.     I have been with other drop ship platforms. None are this fast and accurate and I missed something in my shop setup on my site and support was fast to be live and solved my issue in a few clicks. Doesn't get better than that.

    The app is easy to learn to use, especially for beginners, Irene is the best! I have so many questions and she always seems to know the answers. I would have appreciated knowing that there was a limit to how many products you could import at the beginning AND that that meant EVEN if you change your mind, so lets say you delete a product and replace it with another product, EVEN if you haven't even sold any units, it doesn't matter. It still counted against my 25 imported items. This was very frustrating when I was just starting out and had not even sold one item yet! Things are getting better, though so we'll see how it goes. So far so good!

    Misleading Billing & Poor Customer Support I signed up for Spocket’s free trial to test the app for a few hours and quickly realized it wasn’t for my business. I uninstalled it from Shopify before the trial ended, as uninstalling normally cancels apps through Shopify. A few days later, I was unexpectedly charged $314.99 USD for a monthly plan I never intended to continue. When I reached out to support, they ignored several messages and then tried to “offer me extra months” instead of processing a refund. It has now turned into days of back-and-forth, multiple different agents, and no resolution, just delays and partial (20%) refund offers. Most Shopify apps handle cancellations instantly through the platform, but Spocket makes it unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. If you value transparency, avoid surprises, and expect responsive support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ll update this review if a full refund is ever issued, but so far, this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience.

    1-Star Review for Spocket I tried to cancel my Spocket subscription before it renewed, but their cancellation process was nearly impossible to complete. There was no clear way to cancel directly in the app, and I had to contact support through chat. By the time they finally responded, they said it was “too late” and charged me anyway. This feels very unfair — I did everything I could to cancel on time, but their system and slow support made it impossible. I didn’t use the service after that and still got charged. Be careful before subscribing — cancellation is extremely difficult, and their communication is very delayed.

    Charged me when I tried to cancel and request a refund. They spent a few days "processing my request" then didnt allow me to refund. Ultimately claimed I never requested a refund.
