While I was very satisfied with the communication and support at the beginning, this has unfortunately changed fundamentally in the meantime. In particular, the repeated failure to respond to my inquiries is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. It gives the impression that critical concerns are deliberately ignored - an approach that I would not have expected in a professional environment. Ms. Vicky was characterized by fast, competent and solution-oriented communication. Since her absence, however, there has been a noticeable lack of commitment and customer focus. I very much regret this development, as I originally found the collaboration extremely positive.
