EVER SINCE THEN, THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN NONSTOP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR NEARLY $300 EVERY 2–3 DAYS FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. MY BANK KEEPS BLOCKING THEM, BUT THEY WON’T STOP. IT’S HARASSMENT, AND IT’S INSANE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR A FREE TRIAL OF SOME STUPID APP CALLED DROP GENIUS—WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR, NEVER USED, NEVER WANTED—AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR IT. WHEN I REACHED OUT, THEY PROMISED A REFUND. I WENT THROUGH ALMOST 50 EMAILS WITH THEIR TEAM OVER FIVE MONTHS, CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD “YOU’LL GET YOUR REFUND SOON.” THEN OUT OF NOWHERE—THEY GHOSTED ME. NO REFUND. NO REPLIES. JUST SILENCE. THIS COMPANY IS A STRAIGHT-UP SCAM. THEY LIE. THEY STEAL. THEY HIDE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEIR “SUPPLIERS” CAN BE FOUND EASILY WITH A SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH. THEY’RE JUST A WORTHLESS MIDDLEMAN TRYING TO MILK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN. STAY AWAY FROM SPROCKET. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. THEY ARE EVERYTHING WRONG WITH E-COMMERCE APPS.

I have used Spocket for a while now. Usually, I have a good experience; however, I placed an order with a supplier, and the spocket system has duplicated the order 27 times leaving me out of pocket a lot of money as the transactions have all been completed. Money has been taken from my bank account! The customer service has been awful, and the only response I get from them is, "We've already reached out to the supplier and asked them to cancel the duplicate orders." This happened at the beginning of the week, and it's now the end with no clear resolution from Spocket. This should not be this difficult. I have now gone through PayPal to dispute the duplicates, as I'm still waiting for thousands of dollars to be returned to my bank account. There are also credit card and transaction fees that I doubt I will get back from Spocket.

I love everything. I was so intimidated and scared when I first started. It just seemed so complex. But that was far from true. A matter a fact it is so easy! Almost to easy to be true. I am so excited to grow my store and hope that others can too.

Be careful! Their payment system is not transparent. They continue to charge directly to your card even after you remove the app from your store.

I have used this app before and recently came back to it. I have tried just about every dropshipping platform for the United States, and this one is by far the easiest to use, integrate and manage. They've made significant improvements since I stopped using it and I am happy they have drastically increased their customer support, which was the primary reason I left the first time.

Long ago, I removed this app from my Shopify store, but a dropshipper STILL refused to remove my handmade products from their website. I revoked authorization last YEAR for this arrangement. The store is Veautie.com, and they had the audacity to send me an email saying that they're allowed to sell my products through the CANCELLED Sprocket arrangement. I WANT THIS RESOLVED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues. Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members. They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products. Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all. Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.
