I tried the demo version of this app but canceled my use due to inconvenience. However, I discovered that $69 was being charged to my credit card every month. I filed a claim with my credit card company and canceled the membership again, but the monthly membership fee is still being charged. I tried calling Spocket, but there was no answer, and I also sent them emails without receiving any reply. This makes me think the company might be a scam. Even now, I am still trying to get my membership canceled.

Tried it for a day. * Very expensive products - as others say, too * Very bad search results - not relevant to what you are looking for * Limited products IMHO * The good products are labeled PREMIUM, so that you buy the expensive package (even if I don't need that many products) * Bad experience overall.

Becareful of this app. If you unistall the shopify app they will still take the money after the free trial. If u want to unistall you have to speak to their customer support. Update, i was promised a refund but they seem to be delaying so they can take money for another month Dont download this APP! Go for other apps which is much better....

We installed Spocket through Shopify on February 11 and removed it from our Shopify admin panel before the 14-day trial ended. Despite never using the service and deleting the app, Spocket continued to charge us for 6 months without any notification or usage. When we contacted customer service, they acknowledged our case and initially promised a full refund. We provided clear proof of app removal and detailed invoice numbers. Yet only one partial refund was issued, and all further communication has been ignored for months, despite over 10 follow-up emails and documented chat logs with Spocket agents. This is not a misunderstanding ! and it's unacceptable behavior from a company operating in the Shopify ecosystem. We are now preparing to escalate this legally. If you are a merchant, think twice before trusting Spocket. Simply uninstalling the app won’t stop billing, and customer service will delay, deflect, and disappear when it comes to resolving issues. This experience has been exploitative and deeply unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience with Spocket. I reached out to their support team multiple times over 20+ days due to ongoing product import issues, which they failed to resolve. Their representative assured me that my trial would be extended and that I wouldn’t be charged for July and August — but despite this promise, they still charged me $99. I was misled, ignored, and charged for a service that wasn’t even working properly. I tried contacting them through chat and email with no resolution. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have since requested a refund and asked for my account to be deactivated. I do not feel this app is safe or reliable for business use. Use with caution — and be prepared for poor customer support and broken promises.

I am still learning the app and growing my store with inventory, as I navigate through the process, Eleanor has always been on top of my questions. Her responsiveness and knowledge base has made me feel secure in my decision to proceed with Spocket. I do wish the suppliers would have more art in stock, most have become sold out. I have received the worst customer support that I have ever received from any company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered one product from them. I paid for the product and the shipping. I contact the support team on the chat multiple times. I actually received a fraudulent email from them saying that my item had been shipped. On the chat they said that it wasn't shipped because I had exceeded the processing time. They said they would contact the supplier to resolve the situation. I have been at it for over a month now. What should have been resolved by a simple phone call or email isn't happening. They offered me a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund and that I wanted the item that I had purchased and paid the shipping for. The issue is still unresolved. I ask them to update me by email and I can't even get them to send me an email. I am beginning to think I might have been scammed. If no resolution is going to happen soon I will take it up with Shopify. I am seriously considering going with another company. I am actually happy that I haven't received any other orders. I can't imagine the flood of emails that I would be receiving from customers demanding service or refunds. Spocket does not care about their customers. They just give you the run around I guess hoping that I will give up. I will not. I want the item that I purchased.

What I love about this app is that whatever problem, issue or question I have is immediately answered or resolved. The techs are fantastic! I just had a wonderful experience with Eleanor, who was so very helpful, caring and encouraging. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and am sure I won’t.

Only received a partial refund and no update from customer service to why! I keep receiving generic email replies even though they promised to refund the whole amount. What a horrible experience! Have been on Shopify for 5 years and never had to deal with such app like this. They all refund money automatically, what a shame! SCAM!! They charged me $400 for one free trail, and they won't refund my money!

I recently reached out because I needed help calculating shipping charges. Not only did Irene answer my questions regarding shipping charges, but also told me about the Aliscraper tool to help me manage my products. Great service!

I installed and uninstalled the app on the same day - it isn't a viable business option from within South Africa regardless of what the app says. I have now been charged for the subscription fee. Within Shopify if the app is uninstalled the subscription is terminated for most apps. I can't for sure remember if I actively cancelled my subscription with Spocket (I've tried a LOT of apps) but this is the only app that still charges subscription despite the store being disconnected from them. Proof enough is that I don't have a time period of using the app next to my name on this review. I have been told the matter will be escalated and I will hear back from them in 24 - 72 hours but that doesn't stop a fairly large charge now sitting on my credit card.

Had tons of great items for being on the $99 month plan, the only issue is I cancelled it because I wasn't getting any sales and I was still charged.. and this is the only place I can find to contact someone now that the app is uninstalled.

Scam , tried to take 951 SeK =aprox 100 euro and again2 days later 965 = 100 euro and did not even sign up for it
