I find the SparkLayer app quite simple to use, we import prices from Sage, as well as manually uploading price lists. You can layer price lists making it easy to manually price offers etc. contact from Customer Service is speedy if you have any issues or questions.

I have been so impressed with the responsiveness and support from the Sparklayer team. We have been a Sparklayer customer for over a year now. Dom is our Customer Success Manager and periodically checks in with us to make sure we are happy with our app experience. Recently we wanted to make several enhancements to our B2B site. Dom promptly setup a Zoom meeting so he could understand the request in detail and included Ben, a Support Engineer, who helped us understand our options and offered to execute these changes on our behalf. Unbelievable App. We are a B2B business and to use Shopify Plus is a huge and extremely expensive step up from the lower plans, so when I found Spark Layer was purpose built for B2B businesses but at a fraction of the price of Shopify Plus, it was a no brainer. And it hasn't disappointed. Our customer's regularly tell us how much they love ordering products from our store compared to other stores. Also, their support is very good. If you have any suggestions or queries they are very quick to respond and genuinely care about what you are saying. Unbelievable app and company. Thanks for everything!

If you are looking to sell B2B or wholesale, Sparklayer is a must have. They gave us the ability to have a D2C & B2B all in one. Sparklayer integrates perfectly with your theme and looks the same. Their customer support is 2nd to none. They are amazing and very responsive. Best decision we made, was going with Sparklayer for our B2B sales.

Before looking at Sparklayer, I looked and tried many of the other wholesale / b2b apps on shopify. Sparklayer blew me away compared to them in terms of comprehensive features for b2b and ease of use. All the other apps were super ugly and hard to use. Sparklayer is robust and can handle so many different situations. Plus their support is pretty good (although I wish they had support that overlapped more with USA times zones) and their documentation is extensive. Downsides: sometimes there's technical bugs that require a developer or support, their support is on UK time, and its fairly expensive.

Amazing support and a very advanced B2B tool. What's important to notice, is that it's not utilizing most of the base B2B features of Shopify itself, but rather is an "overwriter" of the tool. Still, considering all apps in this category this seems to be the best one.

Found this app when the B2B we were using was not up to par. We are on the basic plan and I don't think you can find a better B2B solution for the price. Setup was fairly easy but customer support was there for whatever we needed.

I've just set this up on my store so that I could offer a more streamlined process for my B2B wholesale orders. The Sparklayer team have been absolutely brilliant from set up to answering any questions and helping me to set up my wholesale operation. Having just had my first order through the platform, my customer has indicated that they have found this a much easier than my previous manual process.

I demo'd four or five alternatives before finally choosing SparkLayer. The features are amazing, the tech suport is among the best I have ever encountered and the onboarding is first class. I nornally dont bother writing reviews but feel I owe it to Cameron and the rest of the team as they are outstanding.

This app has brought a lot of value to our company. Not only helping us service our customers better but also helping our sales agents to promote our products and portal. And if that was not enough, the team and support is awesome. They've really helped us not only use the SparkLayer but to refine our business to best serve our customers.

Absolute worse B2B we have ever tried. We have had it for 2 years and I can not say it has been working well a single month. There are constant technical errors and we get emails every month from stockists not being able to order. We have lost so, so much on using this app - both on the app cost itself but also lost orders for customers being annoyed of the constant problems. Why we haven't changed in 2 years if we have been unsatisfied - our B2B has not been our priority as we have had focus on opening physical stores and was hoping that the app would have become better at the time we are able to focus on b2b again but unfortunately it is still as laggy as before. Can not recommend anyone this app. When we mentioned this to the customer support they always say they will come back with a compensation suggestion but that has never happened - they never come back with what they say they will get back on and we are done with this now. /BabyMocs

This is maybe the first app that does everything I wanted it to do. It does all it claims and then some! We're setting up a great B2B option for our customer base. The help is like no-other! Fast and thorough. If you are expanding your B2C Shopify site, there is no better option. Highly recommend.
