How can something like tiered pricing be complicated to set up? I definitely do not advise this app. They also did not respond to our questions, only AI-generated replies. I’m tired of AI chatbots. And while our store was not live, we were charged 5 months total of 250$. It was saying free plan till we get our store live. unbelievable.

Support team are great, quick to respond and action. The app itself is exactly what we need for our B2B store.

We haven't launched it officially yet, but in the course of set up they have been very responsive, fast and adjusted a few things for me and fixed one of my mistakes. So far, impressed.

The onboarding process was very simple and I am a complete novice when it comes to anything web dev. Simple integration. I think the stock count features are very helpful and being able to set rules around minimum order value for cetain tiers is an excellent feature.

The support provided for their product is above and beyond. They worked very hard to not only implement a solution I needed for our store, but also took the time to show me how it was solved. This is by far the best wholesale app. I heavily researched the top 5 wholesale apps, and demoed a few, and ended up on this one. So glad I did. It has all of the features you could need, the others were quite limited. But we're very happy with SparkLayer. Now for the support, which is absolutely amazing. Within 24 hours of downloading the app they are reaching out to you to ask if they can help you get it set up and to please schedule an onboarding call. And they will set it up on any theme, and very fast--less than a day. They also respond to any issues you have almost immediately. I've never come across an app where the app creators are so proactive to try to help you and reach out to you to schedule onboarding. If the support for every app were like this, it would be amazing. They helped with many issues, and would even follow up to ask if there was anything else we needed. Just absolute top notch support. Shout out to Daniel, our main point of contact and onboarder. And they NEVER asked me to leave a review. Not once. Almost every other app helps you fix some tiny issue and then hounds you for days about leaving a review and mentioning their name, which is SO tacky. That's why these mediocre apps have so many 5 star reviews. Daniel, or anyone else, 100% did not do that. My reviews is long because I was that impressed by their support. They should be a model to how every other app should structure their support. Fast, effective, proactive, and not helping you just so you'll leave a 5 star review and falsely pump up their rating. It's discrediting the entire Shopify review system and makes it hard to find a good app. These guys are the real deal.
