Great app but it really needs to also have integration with Shopify POS for those who also run a physical store where both retail and wholesale customers come inshore to buy.

a bit complicated to install but the Helpdesk is really quick and helpful. a lot of features possible to provide a good costumer experience for my Webshop costumers.

Sparklayer is the best option when looking to incorporate B2B functionality into your Shopify store. It's easy to use, support is extremely quick and we've never had an issue. A little tip: I would recommend having a developer on hand to help tweak the system to your needs, not everything is achievable through the app, but with some custom code you are good to go!

Hands down, one of the best apps I've used for my store. For months, I struggled to find a wholesale app that actually worked the way I needed. I tried several options like Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Sami, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution, and Wholesale Gorilla. While they worked to some extent, they all required my customers to take extra steps—like creating separate wholesale logins or navigating different product pages—which led to confusion and constant issues, especially on mobile. I had customers calling daily with complaints. Then I found SparkLayer. I did run into some initial issues, but their support team, especially Cameron, was incredible. He got on a call with me right away, kept me updated daily, and worked through a tough problem until everything was running perfectly. The app now runs seamlessly, my wholesale customers have an easy experience, and I haven’t had a single complaint since. First the app works great with our B2B website. The wholesale customers and reps love it. There are extensive "helps docs" to assist me with customizing and learning how to use and set up the system. And even then if I have a question or concern the SparkLayer team is very helpful and attentive with my needs.
