Terrible app!! Support is never online and does not help. Menu did not work properly and no one every helped.

Had some issues but support was able to assist in getting it fixed. Updated the review and will keep an eye on the original issue.

The app is easy to use and you can create extensive categories with it, your webshop looks professional right away. The support of qikify is very friendly and patient and helps you very well. For me, nothing needs to be improved.

Awesome app. Gives a great option to add submenus to the menus. And the really best part is the support. Apart from quick resolution to my problem, support staff also found and fixed issues which I missed

The app works great, but that's about what we expected. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service. We installed the app in five minutes and approached the team with various requests, and they fulfilled all of our needs. We've rarely experienced such great service. Many others could take their example from this.

We had tried another mega menu software but had problems with speed and support. Completely different experience with qikify. The software was great to set up, we had a couple of issues during implementation (with our website not with qikify's software) but the team were amazing, logged in and resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend them.

While there are many mega menu apps out there, this one stands out purely for the customer service. The team are rapid to respond, they're sincerely helpful, and they'll often just fix minor things for you before responding, while then showing you what they've done. I also really appreciate how the chat support popup is managed by humans and not AI. The only improvement I could suggest is to allow users to replace the footer menu on their site. Not necessarily with a dropdown menu, but just a way to make the header and the footer menu's consistent. Aside from that though, I have absolutely no complaints with Qikify. The free plan is fantastic, and so far the premium plan has been a great investment

I'm Japanese and not an engineer, but thanks to their kind and thorough support, I was able to create the mega menu just the way I wanted.

At first, the app promised an easy transfer of my existing menu – but after installation, I found out there’s no way to import it automatically and I had to rebuild everything from scratch. I spent a lot of time setting it up, only to realize the final result didn’t meet my expectations. The menu does not look like the one shown in the preview images – there’s no option to make it permanently visible (as shown in the app screenshots). Overall, very disappointing and a waste of time. Not recommended if you're expecting a fixed, static layout like the demo suggests.
