One of the easiest to set up and beautiful menus truly. Not to mention, the best support team I've ever experienced, so eager to help!

Been using this app for about 1-2 months. Not user friendly, and customer service is beyond hard to reach. When they do finally answer, it's with vague answer, and no solution to problem. If you website has multilanguages, then you're screwed, because the multilanguage cannot translate the mega menu, and this app does not support anything beyond basic name. So they don't have a solution, and does not really care to be honnest. There's a bunch of other apps for this, I'm shopping another one right now. Do yourself a favor, and find another one than this one. ***UPDATE : Reached out to our internal developers, AND to shopify developers, and both confirmed that all of the issues we have is related to their app. Filed an official complaint. Again, cannot stress enough how much trouble you'll get with this app, and how easier it is to simply start working with another one from the start.

The app is easy enough to use when you're starting out, which is a plus. However, I've encountered several other apps that are almost identical and might be better options. Unfortunately, I've already set everything up in this app, so switching would be a hassle. The main reason for the low rating is the poor customer service. As a new business, I needed help and guidance, but that was not the case with this app. The support was slow, unprofessional, and overall lacking. If you're new and anticipate needing assistance, I would recommend finding another app that at least offers live chat options for more immediate help.

The navigation bar and menu functions and viewing features have been added, which helped me very much.

Qikify App is really useful, simple and with many features. Creating mega menu with it is super easy. Besides the support helped us to fix some problems due to the theme we are using in our shop and was quick, effective and cooperative. We recommend it!

Really great app that allows excellent customization for a mega menu. Support and customer service are fast and can fix things quickly. If I ever use a mega-menu again, then this is an instant install.

It is really helpful and it's working properly, not hard to work with. I recommend this to anyone struggling with their menu, the pricing is also great and the basic plan really helps new shops a lot. The support is also remarkable, they provide exceptional support and they will help you with any problem you may encounter. If you are in need of a robust menu option on your site that you can implement yourself without any "tech" expertise, then this app is for you. I found it to be user friendly, allowing me to create a customized experience on my site. I needed a better way for customers to navigate the site and this app helped me to do so in an aesthetically pleasing way. I am certain there are many features that I have not even explored but for what I need, this app is perfect.

Not the best system as it is. BUT! Once I emailed them, they help me to change the font, make it bold, change the layout for desk and mobile version which end up looking really nice without spending too much of time! Highly recommended

It's easy to configure and the menu it produces looks great. I can also say their support is responsive.
