Very powerful, flexible menu with many different options. Crazy easy to install and setup. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and use and their support is great!

I had a bit of trouble setting it up at the beginning because I don't use a standard Shopify theme. The support helped me very well. No time constraints, a lot of patience, everything was customized to my complete satisfaction. The mobile menu was also customized. I can only highly recommend the app and the support!

I want to shout out at the top of my lungs a big thank you to Miley. She was very patient with me. I am not very tech savvy and she was so helpful with my menu. She went back and forth between the mega menu and my website to make sure everything was good. She also recommended a few things that made my menu look better. Thank you Miley so much!

I've never set up a website before or even knew where to begin. After paying someone to help me and then learning how to change things after they were completed, I found the Quikify app. I noticed the app offered what I wanted, but was unsure how to achieve what I was looking for. I reached out to the live chat and was blown away by the support. Never have I had the type of support from an online chat before. The representative even took the reigns from me and completed my menu. Something that would have taken me a month to figure out on my own took me just a few hours. Iam truly grateful for the live support and have no doubts I'll be taken care of if I ever need to reach out again.

It's very easy to use, and the customer service is very patient and helpful, but it would be better if there was a function to edit the font color and size directly without the need for code.

It has a bunch of options, but we are still finding some functionality lacking (like advanced styling options on badges) and have an issue where it overlaps with the out of the box shopify functionality. But other than that it is a good app that gets you most of the way there

I was initially running into issues and when I messaged for support, I got an automated response saying that their customer service was closed for the day which initially was an inconvenience. Thats when I had Rita reach out to me. She went above in beyond in looking for a solution to my issue, which I later learned was self inflicted. Not only did she solve my initial issue, but she then went on to recommend some ways to enhance my experience with the app, along with some formatting issues on mobile. This drive to help the customer was a relief and I would recommend anyone who is newer or looking for a more advanced navigation menu to check out this app, as the support you receive is amazing! I was looking for a smart and efficient menu navigation system which will helpcustomers to finds things that they are looking for. I really found Qikify Smart Menu up to the task and I am really considering to integrate this in my store. More over they have an excellent customer support service and are able to address and resolve all my queries promptly. I would really recommend to give it a try!

I was struggling with setting up my Mega Menu and finally decided to give this app a try! It was super easy to set up, user fiendly, looks great on my Webpage and simply saved me soo much time that I had been wasting in the admin and searching for code. Love it!! Good Job. Oh and I never write reviews!

I'm taking away one star because I was not able to easily install and set up the app myself. Other than that, the support is great and it works well on our website. It's really great that our customers can see items without having to click through to different pages.

I am absolutely surprised, to be honest. Customer support is one of those things people often omit because they either do not expect much or do not give it a high enough standard to be impactful. These guys, however, did none of that. They immediately helped me with my issues using their app and went above and beyond what I considered help. The functionality of the app is again beyond what I was using before, especially for the cost. It is worth it for the customer service alone.

Still finding out all the App has to offer and working through understanding it. So far so good - Impressed.. I had a couple of questions so raised them and Miley was on hand quickly and efficiently managed my questions with a fix within seconds Great Support and advice

They were very helpful in solving my customization issues! As someone who has been looking for a way to build out a 4 level structure navigation, this has been the only app that allowed me to do it and meet the customization needs that I have! Once they get the drawer style mobile menu layout built out, i'm going to be a customer for life!
