Great app with some limitations, but great overall. If you fiddle a bit around you can actually build interesting menus. Staff is very happy to help you :)

The customer service is excellent and they respond fairly quick. They're very helpful in guiding me step-by-step with informational videos from my own website, and they even helped me add new functions that aren't currently on the qikify app.

There is just ONE thing that I can say. The customer service team is accommodating and amazing! Not only do they do the job, they even exceed expectations! They make the free plan feel paid! I thought I was done with that remark, but truly, this is one of the best apps out there for making your store POP! Again, to repeat, the customer service is dedicated, competent, and efficient in customer queries. Make sure to give qikify a try!

My total experience was above a 5 star rating. At first I was not understading how the set up worked. Miley was extremely patient and kind and kept on explaining it over and over. Finally after the fifth time explaining it to me I finally understood and within less than 15 minutes I had it all set up. The app is user friendly, I was just tired and had brain freeze. I received follow up emails and suggestions to improve my menu. It has been one of the best, if not the best experiences I have had with an app. Highly suggest it!

Super easy to use and get set up. I opted to integrate using CSS. I have no coding experience but the tutorial video was very helpful and easy to follow. My text colors were still showing as blue on my mobile website and were not matching my themes font/colors. I sent an email and it was remedied almost immediately. Great app, even better customer service!
