The app works well for us so far, and has all the features we have had a need for. I mostly decided to leave a review to say how helpful their customer service has been. I have reached out three times and all three times they were wuick to respond, polite and very helpful. Would reccommend.

Skypilot is a huge asset to my digital design business. Any time that I have needed assistance, Skypilot customer service has always helped until the issue is resolved. Nitesh was knowledgeable and helpful in problem solving and resolving my issue very quickly.

I'm very impressed with Sky Pilot and their level of support! I'm still developing my first-ever shop and it's not even live. Yet they responded to my questions and went above and beyond. Other shop owners in my same field had recommended Sky Pilot, and now I know why.

After trying a couple different options on Shopify, Sky Pilot is definitely the best downloads app for my business. Nitesh helped set up my digital library exactly how I wanted it and he was great at explaining parts I didn’t understand. I give five stars for customer service (quick and knowledgeable) and five stars for Sky Pilot having the features I need.

App, welche die Anforderungen an den Verkauf von digitalen Artikel sehr gut erfüllt. Die Verknüpfung der Dateien ist kinderleicht zu handhaben. Das Dashboard ist sehr informativ. Die Kunden haben die Möglichkeit Ihre Dateien über einen Linkbutton in einer separaten Email von Sky Pilot oder auch in direkt in der Auftragsbestätigung von Shopify zu erhalten. Ausserdem sind die Dateien auch im Kundenkonto jederzeit für den Download bereit. Leider ist die Emailvorlage von Sky Pilot nicht in verschiedenen Sprachen einzurichten. Aber mit dem Integrieren des Buttons in die Vorlage von Shopify ist das Problem gelöst. Zum Anpassen hat uns der Support von Sky Pilot schnell und kompetent geholfen. Wir können die App sehr empfehlen.

A minha única sugestão é em relação a poder instalar uma aplicação a partir do link de download, sem a possibilidade do cliente poder efetuar o download, ou seja, executar o Setup de instalação a partir do servidor apenas.

Sky Pilot is easily the best solution for digital downloads out there. We migrated from another app and Alessandro and his team went above and beyond when it came to supporting us through this migration and making sure that we made the transition without any issues. I can't recommend them enough!

I've had this app installed for over 2 years now. has never been an issue. Easy to upload files and also attach them to existing products to bundle. Support is very quick and helpful when I forget how to do certain things in the app lol. Overall great experience.
